“Nice place to stay”
I wasn't there long, but everyone was nice and the bed was confortable.
“Great staff!”
This hotel is well-worn, but the room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was a glitch with my reservation (no record of my Expedia reservation)but the staff was very helpful in getting me a room and getting things squared away.
“Great customer service!!”
I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. My group of 8 flew into OKC at noon and called for the shuttle, which was there in minutes. The shuttle driver was friendly and efficient. The hotel staff made sure all of our rooms were ready eventhough we were 3 hours early for check in. This hotel has a complimentary shuttle that will take you anywhere you want to go within a certain range from the hotel. This service was priceless for us! The drivers were wonderful. We will definitely stay there again when we're in OKC again.
“Well used hotel”
The Clarion is one of the largest hotels in the city with easy access to both I40 and the airport. The amount of use is showing on the buildsing and interior. My single was fine, but a travelling companion's double suite had issues with the air conditioner. The service was top notch and friendly. They bent over backward to help us with our early 10am arrival.
“Good location”
Easy access to the fairgrounds, and good breakfast. Room was warm, but it was on the west side and the A/C probably couldn't keep up with the heat. But, I was able to take my dog without any hassle, the shower was good, the towels and bedding were clean, so it worked for the little time I was in it. They wifi access was great too~very fast. The front desk clerk was nice and helpful.
“Would choose another hotel next time”
The bed looked really good with lots of pillows but it was very uncomfortable and hard, my husband and I tossed and turned all night. The airconditioner was way too loud when it cut on. Thanks for a very unrestfull night.
“Clarion Hotel Airport - Oklahoma City”
Not a bad option, but the hotel is dated and the rooms far from state-of-the art. However, the rooms are large and relatively comfortable...especially for the price. The staff was also very friendly and the courtesy van was very useful as few restaurants are within walking distance. I may look at other options when staying in OKC, but I would not hesitate to stay if price is my primary consideration.
“Regular 2 star...needs update makeover”
The regular rooms were pretty much 2 star standard. My friend had his kids with him so they got a suite and he showed it to me. It was "not" what I would call a suite. It had a shower with no bath, the bathroom was very small and the suite was overall very small. My regular room was perhaps just as big as his suite, but was much nicer and that's not saying much. It was a two star hotel and that's what we got. It was a dated hotel, but it was clean. So I'd say it was not "bad" for the money, but I don't think I'll ever stay there again.
“Good location for the Coliseum”
I found the hotel to be clean and decent. It is a room with a TV, bed and bath period. No frills. They do have a very courteous staff that was nice, responsive and helpful. They were there with a shuttle for airport pickup and dropoff as well as getting us around town in an extremely timely manner which was great.
“Not impressed”
The hotel is very spread out and there are no elevators to the 2nd floor.
