“gymnastic meet”

The inside of the hotel is nice needs some minor up keep. The outside was pretty messy, liter. For the money it was ok i wouldn't pay more.

“Indoor Pool unavailable”

I specifically booked this hotel for indoor pool and exercise facilities. Pool was closed. I should have stayed at Hampton, LaQuinta or other limited service hotel that includes breakfast.

“Not What We Paid For”

We booked a non smoking room for two nights. When we arrived, there was an ashtray in the room and it smelled of smoke badly. Because of our daughter's asthma, we asked for another room but the front desk staff said there was no open rooms for either night. They did spray the room with air fresahner but you could still smell the smoke and both my daughter and my wife giot a bad headache while sleeping in the room because of the smoke. Al;so, the pool was quite cold and the hot tub was not working and very cold. I have stayed at several Holiday Inn hotels over the years but this hotel was very disappointing and we will NOT be cack.

“2 Stars is being nice”

Day shift lady was extremely nice and helpful but the night shift is a different story.

“Poor option”

may be better when the renovations are finished but we were in one of the newly refurbished rooms and found the work shoddy, lots of dirt in hallways, very poor and intermittent Internet service even though the hub was located in our room. breakfast was also sub-par. It needs upgrading as well. on the positive side, there were some hotel staff who worked very hard to get us into a room outside the construction zone and to see that we were satisfied.

“Not again”

The staff was at a minimum. None of the vending machines worked on any floor. For the price of the room, I will go to the Embassy next time for sure!
