Dirty room broke Ac unit dirty closet also hair in the bed stains on blanket and dirty bathroom hair in the shower on the walls staff are rude. Didn’t wanna move me to a different room .

When we arrived late, the room had not been cleaned, with towels piled up, beds used, and a window opened to air out the smell of MJ. The staff was apologetic and gave us a clean room. I'll give a pass for the Eclipse weekend, but I got the feeling this wasn't unusual.

The suit king bedroom is not as shown in photograps. It has a very small dirty sofa which turns into crambled bed. There is no Beddings and comforter provided and you have to collect is on your own from front desk. They just give sheets or sheets like comforter but no actual comforter. Opt for queen beds room which is just fine.

Room was spacious and comfortable with all the little amenities; hair dryer, iron/ironing board, refrigerator, ect.
Price was very affordable. I will absolutely made this one of the first places I check when I return.

the building is very old. rokm is dark. smell is bad. bathroom bathtub is broken.

Arrived after a long drive.
Reservations got screwed up, but the front desk was able to fix it. Due to bad weather coming had shorten stay.
Loved the accessible bathroom. Shower was great.

My room was missing the deadbolt to secure the door between rooms. However, staff was friendly helpful and quickly resolved the problem updgrading me to a different room.

Comfortable. Not fancy, no coffee maker in-room, but good coffee service in the lobby. Left too early to try the breakfast.

Honestly my stay was canceled on site. I was unaware of the $100 security deposit, and unable to afford it leaving me 200 miles away from home without a place to sleep. I do not at all blame the staff, i blame Expedia for not being up front about these charges.

Everything was clean and nice. The only complaint was the bed was really hard, but it was a nice stay with good breakfast.

It really looked good on photos but when we were at the property, we didn’t like how smoky it was on the hallway. They need to do something about the cigarette and weed smell. 5 minutes after getting in the room, the heater cover fell on the floor! We called the front desk and they said maintenance is not available at the moment and will put a note on it. There was also no coffee maker inside the room. There were also linens/towels hanging out of the door on the hallway that was still there after 24 hours. There were also limited options for their breakfast. I wish they could’ve added bacons, sausages, fruits and more spread options. There was also just 1 bottle of lotion and 1 soap bar but I booked the room for 2 people.
Staff seemed approachable nevertheless.

This is a pet friendly hotel, however the pet owners were not picking up the waste left behind. My husband & I were just there 1 night to rest from a long day of driving. The hall smelled like weed & from 2-5 AM someone was yelling in the hall. Neither couldve been controlled (this was a Saturday night, 12/30).
