When I made the reservation on Expedia it showed breakfast was available at no charge. However, when I checked in I was told breakfast was available for a surcharge. We didn't eat breakfast.

The room wasn’t ready at check in. We had to wait for a call from the hotel to return to check in. We had to find something to do instead of checking in. We asked for adjoining rooms and we didn’t get them even though I was told I would. The ice machines didn’t work. The pool had paint chips in the bottom of it and it cut one
Of the patrons foot and she bled in the pool and we had to leave the pool. The hot tub didn’t get hot. The elevator was slow and jerky and made noises. I paid 400 bucks for a bad experience
