“Best location ever!”

Right across from City Park and lovely walks, swimming, lake viewing, morning or night, close to many excellent restaurants and lovely local shops, I truly enjoyed my stay and want to go back again. With 35C summer days the refreshing little outdoor pool was most welcome! Drawbacks were minor and included: spotty room cleaning (only some toiletries and no coffee pkgs after day 1, shower mat, or garbage can bag); LD telephone service a hassle to get connected and not timely; never had internet connect they said was 'easy'; worst was the few and very small parking spaces - had to phone Rec to have guest move vehicle so I could get in my car one day! BUT - central, not expensive, and clean!

“I Love This Place!”

Highly Recommend. Located downtown and right across from the waterfront park. The staff were great, the room was very clean and included all the usual stuff PLUS a small fridge. I was pleasantly surprised that the room rate included everything (no additional charges) like parking, wireless internet, local calls and even a continental breakfast every morning for my wife and I. You won't find a better deal or location in Kelowna!

“best deal around”

we needed just a one nighter and had a tight budget. we found this little gem hiding in plain sight. it near the lake and close to all downtown amenities. also it is relatively quiet for being right in town.

“Great Place, Great Location, Great People, Great Value”

These people went the extra mile to make my stay a great one. First, I was amazed at the value. The rate was reasonable but more importantly, there were NONE of those "gotcha" fees like parking, local calls, internet etc. They were all included. The rooms were VERY clean with all the amenities and your own mini fridge. The location was fantastic right downtown and across from the huge waterfront park. A few minutes walk to all the best shopping and restaurants. Finally, the staff really care. Rather than "tourist weary" indifference, the Travelodge/Abbott Villa has people who really enjoy what they do. As you can see, I can't say enough good things about these guys. Enjoy!

“Great Location”

Very nice hotel opposite the park and lake, and within easy walking distance of the boardwalk and downtown Kelowna. First room was overlooking carpark for night club so very noisy. Moving for the next two nights was no problem thanks to Karen who was very friendly. Clean room, comfy bed and the continental breakfast was a bonus. Total value for money and we will definitely go back there on our next trip to the Okanagan.

“Best location for Kelowna”

The location of this hotel is perfect. We were in town for a race. We didn't have to drive anywhere. Walk to the beach, walk the downtown for great restaurants, lake-side open air concerts. It was so well placed for our trip. We recommend it & would stay there again next year!

“Awesome downtown location”

Right next door to some pretty fun clubs downtown... really nice to be able to walk to the bar and not have to get a cab! Will definitely be staying there again!

Excellent location, right across the street from beach, playground, and spray park. Within walking distance to the Marina and many great restaurants. Room was very clean and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

“Location! Location! Location! And Pool! Pool! Pool!”

This is the third year we've stayed at the Travel Lodge for two reasons: Location and Pool. It's not five star, but the rooms are clean and for the price, they're just fine. It's an easy walk downtown - to restaurants and shopping. And the pool gets sun all day. In fact last week when we stayed we were in the pool until 8 pm and only had to get out because we were hungry! Looking forward to our 4th annual trip to Kelowna and the Abbott Villa Travel Lodge.
