“Great Location, Incredible Staff, good breakfast!”

After spending the long weekend houseboating, my friends and I were very excited to check into our hotel and take long showers. We showed up early, and the wonderful girl at the front desk apologized, but said our room was not ready. She quickly took all of our bags and let us know she would get us in as soon as possible! That was just the start of great customer service throughout our stay! Rooms are a decent size, very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, two blocks to City Park, and the beach of Kelowna, and you are surrounded by pubs, bars, restaurants, ice cream shops and shopping. We were extremely happy with the location. As mentioned it can be loud if you face Bernard st., as it is a very happening place. The free breakfast was fully stocked, and always had a staff member there refilling it and cleaning it up. It was a great selection. Overall extremely happy with the hotel! Some of the best service we had in a long time! They store luggage for us, called us an airport service and they were great! I strongly recommend it to everyone!

excellent place to stay free all you can eat breakfast with 3 types of juice, eggs, bread, fruits, full continential breakfast! clean place located right in the heart of downtown kelowna by the okanagan lake everything is nearby including wineries (by car) wondeful

“Best hotel right downtown!”

This was the best hotel with a great price right in the middle of downtown Kelowna. Close to everything including City Park by the lake. The room we had on the second floor facing the front street had a huge shared balcony. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. Would stay here again.

“Lovely Stay at Kelowna's Waterfront”

We will be back. Though the hotel has no pool, it is half a block away from the lake. Situated in quaint downtown area we had tons of wonderful little unique restaurants and snackbars to choose from. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a long weekend when me and my friends checked in the hotel.. I have to say that it was nice to front desk were friendly.. Not just because they work there but you can tell it's just their personality.. I have to say it was a really nice hotel... it's not a five star hotel but it does the job for me.. The location was great it was in the middle of everything downtown so i loved it.. And also i was in the second floor where we have a whole deck of the patio so it was really nice and relaxing.. The downfall was when we get there our room was not ready yet so we had to wait few hours and killed some time.. but aside from that i do recommend this hotel.. and when i come back to Kelowna i hope i get the same room again..

“Great stay”

Good hotel, old but very clean and well kept. Room was spacious and had a nice TV. Room on Benard St side was a bit noisy (lots of bars, etc), probably will request a lake side room next time. Conti breakfast was decent, pasties, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, etc, the typical. Location is great, right downtown, a b lock from the water, can't get a better set up for the price!

“will always stay here”

There are few hotels in the downtown centre of Kelowna. This is one of them. It is not fancy and you do need your earplugs because there is a bar across the street. It is clean and comfortable and inexpensive!

“Nice Hotel, Nice Area”

I had a pleasant time at the Queen Anne Hotel. I found it slightly nicer than the cookie-cutter brand name hotels found on the outskirts of most cities, and it was right downtown!

Service was good, breakfast good, Rooms were very clean, need to change the main enterance carpet. All together we were very happy for the price.
