“Would definitely go back”
Overall, very satisfied with this hotel, especially for the price. Stayed 3 nights, paid for only 2 (midweek deal). Very clean and comfortable. Had a small kitchen so we could make our own meals and it was very nicely decorated. We paid a few dollars extra for a 'lakeview' room, although the new building we stayed in looked sideways to the lake and all rooms would technically have a lake view, it was still very nice.
“Very pleased”
This is a very modern hotel in a lakeside location with a beautiful view. The service was fast, efficient and courteous. The room was of modest size but was very well-appointed. Definitely will return here again.
“Michelle in Penticton”
My best friends and I went away for a girls night and stayed at the resort. We had a fabulous 2 bedroom room that overlooked the lake. The room was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Full kitchen, with everything we needed for our dinner in. The staff was very helpful when we needed anything. We will definitely go back.
“Excellent!”
This hotel was phenomenal. Full kitchens, balconies, and gorgeous comfortable beds. It was hard to leave the hotel. A few of our lights did not work and the doors would not close all the way, but those were minor issues.
“Wine Tasting Region”
Very clean room. Modern. Kitchen and bathroom are nice. They have a BBQ area, salt water pool, and hot tub. Situated right on the lake. Wineries in Summerland are 10 minute drive at tops and the Naramata Bench is about 20 minutes by car. Lots of areas to bike or mt bike, hike or chill on the lake. Restaurant/ pub right beside the resort. No real night life nearby. Its more to sit back and relax with some local wines.You need a car to get around or you could bike, but there are a few bigger hills, so don't try it unless you ride often. I have stayed twice while wine tasting and would stay again.

The only thing missing was the bar and resteraunt were closed.
“A little bit of luxury”
We stayed at this hotel for only 1 night but it was one of the better experiences I've had with accomodations. There was a slight delay in getting into the room due to the high turnover on a very busy holiday weekend and housekeeping having to keep up with it, but once we were in we were very impressed. The room was beautiful with all amenities at you fingertips. I was honestly the nicest room I have ever stayed in. We had a 1 bedroom lakeview suite, at the end of the hotel so it didn't overlook the pool (probably would have been a little noisy) and the view from the private balcony was lovely. I wish I could have stayed longer! Definitely a great value for the price.
“Best vacation ever!”
We drove from Richmond to South Okanagan (Osoyoos) at 6am. Checked out all the wineries from South towards Summerland, so by the time we checked-in, it was exactly 4pm! Check-in was a breeze! Noticed problems with Wi-fi especially at night, but not a major issue! They don't do room service unless you request for it (which is entirely OKAY with us. We didn't need it!) The room was definitely relaxing and although we drove around the whole day, we felt relaxed and perfectly rested! The amenities are great! Kayak & Canoe rentals are not even $20 for an hour. Highly recommend the spa next door! There are a lot of things to do around the area. We can't wait to go back because we'll definitely stay here again! Kelowna and Penticton isn't that far either.
“Min”
The management at this resort have done a marvelous job accomadating our stay. This hotel is great with all the amenities around. It was our second time staying at this resort and it was great. I would recommend this resort for the Okanagan bound travellers, including Honeymooners, and wedding anniversaries! You'll enjoy your time.
“Great resort for relax”
Hotel staff totally accomodated our early arrival. Great rooms, can't wait to go back. Only complaint is that the beds are really soft.
