We were so pleased with our stay. The most fun was the lovely swimming pool with sufficient towels available. It was handy to have breakfast at Denny's which is connected to the hotel.

The hotel was clean, and comfortable and the room was quiet for sleep. Its a perfect location for airport destination.

The staff was excellant when I arrived the room had not been cleaned, I think because the last customers left the do not disturb sign on the door. The evening shift found me a room in the Penthouse. It was great. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

“Fun in Kelowna!”

The Sandman Hotel in Kelowna b.c. was great! The staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was fun but we were sorry the hot tub was out of order. The location was great...close to shopping and other restaurants. Denny's was a good choice for dining too. I would stay at the Sandman in Kelowna again!

“Two Nights”

I do, however, have a few things to say.....our window opened onto the pool atrium and it was terribly noisy, morning and night - also there was no fresh air. It was chlorinated air coming in the window. I would simply ask for a different room next time as the service, the rooms, the restaurant (Denny's in particular) were terrific.

This is an older hotel in the Sandman chain, very clean, and acceptably maintained. Very helpful front desk staff. Excellent value

“All you really need!”

We had a king room in the tower, nice decor and well appointed with comfy bed and lots of pillows! Stopped by the pub for drinks and a snack which was nicely done. A quick breaky at the onsite Dennys was convenient before heading on our way! Friendly, helpful staff.

“New, clean”

The deluxe tower is brand new and very clean. We had a nice confortable night of sleep. Reception at the hotel was very kindly.
