“A good bet”
The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and its located in a great area. It's close to shopping and plenty of restaurants to allow for a variety of choices. Its also very central. I will stay there again.
“Wonderful hotel!”
We stayed at the Ramada Lodge in Kelowna just one night on our way to Banff. The hotel was just as lovely as the photos on the website suggested. The room was impeccably clean and felt luxurious. This is one of the nicest Ramada's we've ever stayed at.
“Comfortable stay”
The live bunnies in the grass were so interesting and fun to watch, especially for the two little ones with us.

The Ramada Lodge in Kelown is an excellent location for those not wanting to sit around in traffic jams. The big mall right accross the street plus plenty of restaurants and other shopping within a comfortable walking distance!

“a very convenient hotel”
A very good place to stay in Kelowna, especially being directly across from the main shopping centre. Only a couple of small irritations, such as the bathroom sink not holding water. The Perkins restaurant adjacent is mediocre but handy when you don't feel ready to go out on the road. Overall, very good.
“Great customer service”
The hotel is convenient, a short drive to City Park and Lake Okanagan, and a quick walk to the mall across the street and several restaurants. But the customer service was what impressed us. I had booked my MIL in a room that turned out to be in the second building. At check-in, when I said I wanted our rooms to be adjacent, the clerk quickly evaluated availability and changed the rooms without breaking a sweat. The staff was all polite (if you leave a tip for the maid, be sure to leave a note that the money is for them or they'll leave it), and the pool area was especially fun for the kids in our party.
