“Wonderful holiday”

What a wonderful hotel. Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights and loved every minute of it. The staff were very polite and helpful. The front desk phoned our room 3 times during our stay to check and see if we were happy with our room and/or needed anything else. The pool was 30 steps away from our room and it was always clean. We loved the pool restaurant and bar and would come back in a second. The only thing we didn't like were the pillows as they were like sleeping on bricks. Can't wait to spend another holiday at this hotel.

“Excellent Hotel at An Affordable Price”

Very impressed with this hotel, the location was excellent, situated on highway 97 within walking distance of the Okanagan Beach. Hotel reception was extremely friendly and provided very good suggestions on places to visit and things to do. The room was very spacious with excellent view of the golf course and the surrounding mountains from the balcony. This is the by far the best hotel I have stayed in at its class/value. Only complain I have is the slow elevator!

“Best hotel in Penticton”

This is one of the higher-quality hotels at a resonable price in Pentciton. The furniture is fairly new, and the TV is as well. The standard in-room mini fridge is a great plus.

“Good value for money”

This is a cut above most Penticton hotels with well kept grounds, clean rooms and comfy beds. We have stayed here before and were impressed enough to come back again. The overall experience was very good. We have stayed in the tower section before and on this trip, and it is a great experience.

“Great location and lots of things close by to do....”

The hotel is a little dated, and the beds could be upgraded, but the nice grounds (at least inside the hotel area) were good and the restaurant was super. All in all a good stay, perhaps a bit pricey, but it was summer in the Okanagan - that explains it all.

“Very nice place”

Nice hotel, the most comfortable in the area! Always clean and stocked, and convenient location. The hotel office closes at 1 am - something to keep in mind if travelling through the night!

“Overlooking the Golf Course”

A nice place to stay. I was only there one night unfortunately but was treated very well by all staff, enjoyed the on-site restaurant/lounge and the view of the golf course. The room cleanliness was the only item that I don't give a top review to because it appeared as though the floor hadn't been vaccummed since the last guest stayed there and there were a couple hairs in the bathroom that I wish weren't there. Other than that, it was great and I will return on my next trip to the area.

“Enjoyable Stay”

Hotel was great! We would stay there again. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and quite large. We have stayed there many times and woudl definetly go back.
