“nice honeymoon location”

We stayed here for three nights of our honeymoon in September. It was a beautiful hotel - very comfortable and nice. We enjoyed our own private beach for most of the time - same with the pools. It was great!! The restaurant was pricey and not that great for the cost. Other restaurants in Kelowna were much better - like Chop! So good. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back here.

“Can't wait to go back”

It was great! The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic a little pricey, but was to be expected considering the quality of the hotel and the food IS fantastic! My only complaint is that its a bit far from the happenings of down town (about a 5/10 min drive the center of downtown) but at the same time who could complain about the view...it is at the water line and you can walk down to the water from the hotel it really is RIGHT on the water's edge.

Stayed at the hotel in one of there suites, great space, wonderful bed!! nice view of the lake from my balcony. Lots for the kids to do, and a great restauant for relaxing by the lake too.

“Perfect Place”

Hotel was away from all the hustle of the downtown area but still within walking distance of beaches, boat launch, restaurants, and lounges. Great view, great staff, great food, all the amenities you could ask for. We would stay there again next time. 100%

“Great spot, and out of the fray...”

Had usually stayed at the Grand, but this place is truly great. Good workout facility, nice room, quieter area, and not so overly lit up at night like the Grand in downtown. Very chill, great restaurant (Wild Apple). Awesome views.

“Excellent one night stay”

Attentive staff, very clean facilities. Room was clean and comfortable. Somewhat disappointed with lack of underground parking (we had several cases of wine we did not want to bring into room) but staff were very accommodating and even offered to store the wine in the hotel kitchen fridge until departure. Amenities were fantastic. Facility is very kid friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, clean, good sized room, quiet. Pay extra for a view though, unless you don't mind the parking lot. Super friendly staff; very accomodating.

“LOVE THIS PLACE! HOWEVER, VILLAS NOT BABY FRIENDLY”

Absolutely love this Hotel and will stay at this establishment whenever I get the chance. The only reason I gave it a 3 for comfort is because we stayed in one of the villas with a child under the age of 2 and would NOT recommend it. There are 3 stories,with ceramic tile on 2 of the floors...We usually stay in the suites with our son and will continue to do so for the next few years!! The service, as always, was amazing! The staff treated us like family, soo good to my son, even entertaining him so we could finish our dinner at the fantastic Wild Apple Grill. Exceptional!!

“good mother/daughter weekend”

nice hotel, have to walk outside to the pool and hottub, good for summer but on colder winter days a little chilly, nice pool and hot tub library good place to get away to the okanagan went for dental surgery and this place made the experience enjoyable as a weekend sun/mon away with my daughter
