“great family hotel in Kelowna”
Good value in Kelowna in summer. We watched the kite surfers and the sunset from the lakefront hot tub and pool. Great room service.
“Older but Updated....Great Family Value”
Great place to take a family or have a get together with the extended family. Older hotel but has been renovated. Awesome to have mini kitchens to help keep vacation costs down. Has access to boat and water craft rentals next door. THE BEST POOL EVER! The pool is right on the lake and is awesome for kids! Over all I highly recomend this hotel for a great get away from the day to day family life.
“Good family hotel”
This is our second time staying at the Lakeshore. For Kelowna it is affordable, clean, larger rooms, and a nice pool. It is not perfect, with water stains on the ceiling and bathrooms in need of regrouting. We have stayed else where and this is the best.
“Good family hotel”
This is a fairly small hotel but ideal for families. There's a little jetty so you can swim in the lake - if you want to leave the poolside. The pool was, if anything, a bit warm! There's a hot-tub but I didn't try that. If you like the beach, you can get to it from a gate at the hotel, you are right beside it, although it is one of the smaller beaches at Kelowna. I loved sitting by the pool watching the Kite-boarders.Excellent entertainment. Rooms have fridge & microwave but no cooking rings - so self-catering can be challenging for a family. Supermarket is a ten minute walk away & they have lots of microwave meals. If money isn't a problem - then a meal at the Hotel restaurant next door is a must. If I was going to Kelowna again, I would definitely stay here, but would hire a car. Kelowna is very spread out & public transport is not great.

“great price, great spot, great family hotel”
for a great price you get wonderful views, generous sized rooms with small kitchenette area, pool, lake, outdoor grills, sand beach one one side, excellent restaurant on the other. Nice boardwalk along adjacent properties for stroll along lake after dinner. South of downtown Kelowna, close to greenway trail. And it was quiet at night, too! Boats available for rent at nearby marina, fabulous food at nearby vineyards.
“Well Kept Secret”
This is a nice little spot to relax by the water, just far enough and just close enough to town. Very quiet and comfortable. Two nice parks a short walk from the hotel (more like a Motel). Grocery shopping nearby, very convenient for family stay, excellent for children as well. I suggest you keep this to yourself or you may not get a room!

Front desk staff was somewhat less than helpful, but otherwise we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, with a pool and right on the lake. Would stay again.
“Fantastic location”
Very nice location , enjoy the relaxing, clean and quite beach. The kids have a wounderful time on the lake and loved the pool. I'll go back again .
“Great Location”
Older two storey walk up style with great location. Room is large and has had some remodeling. If they would install new beds c/w linens and upgrade the television with a newer model it would be great. As is still good value for the location.
