“Very nice and clean”
Hotel staff are nice and room is very clean. Will go back there next time I go to Kelowna
“Good value.”
We booked this hotel for a busy long weekend. It was quite a bit cheaper than many other similar hotels in the Kelowna area. The service was excellent, the hotel was very conveniently located and the room was very well appointed. The only reasons I didn't give it full marks for comfort were because the television was definitely outdated (I guess we're spoiled by the new flat screen televisions) and it was hard to regulate the air conditioning. The air conditioning was on and seemed to blow cool air but the room itself never really seemed to cool down much. These were minor complaints however and we would definitely stay there again.
“Memorable Hotel experience”
Decent hotel, decent looking staff. They always smile at guests. No hassles with check- in/check-out. Free parking, free wreless internet. Staff at 13 Monks bar/restaurant are nice and great. True to its name...Holiday Inn, one of the best affordable hotels on the planet.
“Feels like home”
If you need to stay in Westbank, this is the place to stay - ample parking and adjoining restaurant is convenient. Also it's away from busy traffic of Kelowna.

Would stay there again! Staff were very friendly.We had a late flight, and when we checked in we were given vouchers for breakfast in the morning as a welcome.Nice touch!

Beautiful clean rooms, pool that is both inside and out. Awesome service. Located in West Bank so is not close to the airport.. Has a restaurant attached(best fish & chips ever) and a Bostopn Pizza & DQ next door. Would stay again.
“Good hotel”
We stayed at the Holiday Inn West Kelowna (Westbank) mid week for 2 nights. We came from Summerland direction and the hotel was right off the highway. If you are coming from Kelowna side, it is a little tricky to find because of the way the roads are designed, but there is signage, so you should have no problem. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel, it was convenient, comfortable and fairly quiet. There is a pool, which is half inside and half outside the hotel, plus a hot tub. The hotel states family hours end at 9:30, but when we went to enjoy a quiet soak in the hot tub at 10:00, the pool and hot tub were still full of rowdy, playful kids and teens. This was our only negative for this hotel. The hotel has a restaurant attached which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has tasty food and good service. There is also a Dairy Queen next door.
