“Service was impeccable!!”

I've travelled to many countries and stayed at countless hotels and the Grand Okanagan far outweighed them all!! Service was definitely the selling point here. From front desk to housekeeping to the lady in the Vine Lounge... it was supreme. The welcome call that was left on our voicemail in the room was without a doubt my favourite highlight. Nowhere I have stayed before has done this. Also, having so many amenities in one location was wonderful. We didn't even have to leave the hotel if we didn't want to. There would be no hesitation in recommending staying at this hotel again. We're actually hoping to stay there again next year for the Spring Wine Festival!

“Great deal, great hotel!”

Everything about it was great! Good location right on the waterfront, close to everything. The pool and hot tub was very relaxing. The service was good and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely go back to this hotel!

“Very happy with this resort”

Big enough to be considered a luxury hotel but small enough to have a friendly atmosphere. The only drawback was the fact that the parkade (you must pay for it) is not attached to the hotel.

Since the hotel was taken over by the Delta, the staff are showing their excitement and go out of their way to assist you. Maintience is being done and this was the best that I have seen this Hotel at

I really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and spa. The customer service was excellent and we would definately go back.

“Luxury Resort Hotel”

This is a luxury resort hotel. One of the prettiest and usable indoor pools I have seen. Also an outdoor hotel. Sits on the Lake and is only a short walk to the middle of the town. considering the hotel, the Expedia price was great.

“Kelowna's best hotel”

Both my wife and I were very impressed with the Grand. It's a very nice hotel, with lots to do and see, and close to a lot of Kelowna's downtown shops. We were able to walk to our business meeting from the Grand. We enjoyed the spa, the gym is awesome, and the Casino gives you something to do too. The staff was always very helpful. Glad we picked this hotel for our stay!

Just a great all round venue. Ideal to spend a couple of days in, prior to hitting the snowfields.

“Fabulous View, Service and Facility!”

My room was fabulous! It overlooked the Marina and Lake Okanagan! There were two windows facing in different directions to provide a fantastic view of the area! The room was well appointed and offered a King Bed. The Bathroom was clean with lots of hot water. I wish I could have stayed longer! Upon my arrival I was greeted by the someone in the parking area and given directions to the Check-in Desk. At staff were very pleasant and were very helpful regardless of what I asked of them. The Entrance and Lobby were excellently taken care of! The Lounge has welcoming staff and when one of our party had left a camera behind they watched for someone from our party to return from our dinner and asked us for assistance to return it to the owner. Well Done!

From check-in till after check-out while I loitered around the hotel while waiting for a flight, everything and everyone was excellent. Kerry-Ann and the rest of the desk staff were great. They bell/doormen were so helpful and polite. I was unexpectedly given a room upgrade to one of their finest suites. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. I'll definitely stay again.
