“We'll Be back”

After spending a dissapoining time at an elegid 5star resort, The COAST penticton was a breath of fresh air. Tho it is older, the updates and staff made our stay relaxing, enjoyable, and comforting. Their service and attention to detail is second to none. This hotel is our official "go-to" place from now on as it is good value, and great location. We were dissapointed that the waterslide is no longer in service, but the 2 pools are still well worth it. BTW Have I earned a free stay?

“Qulaity Hotel at Good Price”

Our room was fully renovated with the exception of the tub. New beds and furniture through out. The front desk staff were super friendly and always helpful. The only knock on the hotel was that the Waterslide was closed down. Apparently some incident with someone getting injured. The outdoor pool however was great. It's small, but in the sun from sun up to sun down. The shallow end was 2 feet deep, great for our 4 year old and the deep end was 8 feet deep, great for our 6 and 8 year old. Great location as well. 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to Okanagan Lake. 5 minute walk door to door to the convention/hockey centre. 5 minutedrive to the soccer complex. It was also fairly quiet whil we were there. Mostly families and seniors.

The location was great and the staff were always extremely helpful with all our requests! It was a great stay.

“Overnight getaway”

When we arrived we were greeted by a very pleasant lady. The room was comfortable,quiet, and very clean. We had everything we needed. It was located minutes from the beach walk and downtown. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. In the morning we went to the restaurant, The Bear's Den, which we always go to when we are in Penticton. Also, the room rate was great! “Great Hotel”

I chose this hotel because I wanted pool. However I was informed on arrival that the pool was down for maintenance. The clerk was quick to solve the problem by offering me a jacuzzi room for the same price. This worked well and I had an enjoyable stay.

“Will Stay Again!”

Very convenient to the South Okanagan Ent Centre and Convention Centre - easy walking distance. The room was nicely redone with very modern bathroom fixtures, nice towels, duvets, etc.. Unfortunately our room had a support post in the middle, right at the foot of the bed so you had to be careful if you got up during the night. The hotel restuarant closed at 3pm but good for breakfast. Be careful walking around the indoor pool as the tiles are very, very slippery. Overall, a good experience and we will return.

“Very friendly staff and good location”

If you are looking for luxury, then this is not it. However, if you're looking for a great Penticton location and a clean, basic place to stay, I would reccomend this place. The rooms were very clean and recently updated in modern colours. Though very old, the hotel is in decent repari. We had a double queen room, which was small, but had everything we needed. My only real complaint was that the air-conditioner was a bit noisy. This is locatedabout a 5 minute walk to the beach, and next to the convention centre, arena, parks, and a few restaurants.

“Stayed on Business”

This was a good basic hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine, although the wing I was in had a pillar at the end of the bed which was odd. My only complaint was the wireless didn't work in my room, but they supplied me with a cable, so it wasn't a major issue.
