“Beautiful City, comfortable hotel!!”
Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, new and professional service. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning and the coffee was excellent!!
“Would recommend to anyone....will stay there again.”
Very friendly staff and helpful. Pool area was nice and clean, water slide was fun. Great breakfast set-up with amazing waffles and a great cup of coffee. Overall very impressed with everything. I just traveled by car from Montreal and have to say it was the Best Hotel I stayed in. Thanks will be back for many more stays. Rod
“Definitely will stay here again!”
Beautiful hotel, very clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent location, a lot of restaurants, cafes, golf within walking distance. Mission Hill Winery very close by as well as the lake and mountains. Staff was very helpful, friendly at the front desk. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day cleaning the room, they were also very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast and coffee were great every morning. It was nice to have coffee from the lobby all day/night long as well. Overall a great experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Kelowna.

“Can't wait to stay there again!”
This hotel was extremely nice! We enjoyed our stay. Great waterslide, great breakfast, great service, and great front desk people. Good location between Penticton and Kelowna -because we commuted back and forth. Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful view of Mission Hill and Golf Course from our room -we ordered a room with a view. And great price for what we received. Very close to a great restaurant (Kelly O'Bryan's) and a Wal-mart (great for families to purhase water bottles and snacks each day for the beach).
“Really nice hotel....kids loved the water slide!”
We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Wine Country Hotel. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We requested a rollaway bed and it was the most comfortable one we had ever had. The beds were comfortable too. Our boys loved the water slide and had a lot of fun there. Breakfast was also very nice, although I would have appreciated some gluten free choices. Thanks for making our stay a great one!
“Will recommend this to others”
We chose this hotel to be close to family who booked in West Kelowna. This hotel was great! Friendly for little kids, they loved the water slide in the pool. Not a long drive to get to the beaches of Kelowna and close to wine country.
“Very Nice Visit”
We enjoyed a long weekend stay at this Best Western. Although we arrived at noon, they accomodated us right away - which we weren't expecting. The room was extremely comfortable - the bed perfect - infact we wrote down the brand/name so we can shop for one of our own! Sadly our room was ground floor and facing the parking lot. While I realize someone has to stay in those rooms, our visit would have been greatly enhanced had we stayed on the golf course side. On another visit I would insist on it! Breakfast was lovely - with a nice golf course view. We didn't make use of any other ammenities, however the pool looked great, certainly clean and inviting. While staying here, we ate twice at the restaurant at the golf course - it was FABULOUS! Best Fish Tacos ever! Enjoy your stay.
