“Was good”
Good location, nice grounds, friendly staff, clean room. The only thing their website says they have an Airport shuttle. They don't have one in Kelowna, just in Vancouver, BC. The room was quite, slept well, and they have a bathtub shower combo..Yeah!

the room was clean and the check in staff were friendly. the location was convient. i would stay there again. the kitchenette was a great option to have.

Very close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. On main road through Kelowna. Very convenient having an ABC restaurant and Starbucks adjacent to the Accent Inn. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel personnel were eagerly responsive to all requests or information. Room was very generous in size and kitchen accomodation was great. Very well kept grounds and pool area. We were very pleased with the housekeeping as well. Would certainly recommend to anyone coming to Kelowna.

“More than expected!”
Just prior to going to this motel, we had spent several nights in a BW Hotel. As we were highly UNimpressed with the service at the BW and the condition of the room - especially the disgusting condition of the bathroom, I was especially suspicious of what to expect. Upon entering our room I was so pleased! The room had no unpleasant odors! It smelled fresh and it was immaculate. There was a small fridge hidden in the cabinet and the bathroom was spotless! I can't wait to stay there again! And I have already been telling all of my friends and relatives how great this was! As well, my husband left his prescription glasses in the room and they didn't hesitate to courier them back to us in a province away! So pleased!
“Location, Location!”
This hotel was so central. It was perfect for us as we were travelling with our dog. I was able to get up in the morning, grab a coffee at Starbuck's (which was in the parking lot of the hotel!) and walk my dog down Bernard Ave towards downtown. There were two grocery stores within 5 minute walking distance of the hotel. The hotel itself was great. Good service, clean, and the pool was tthe perfect temperature. My only complaint was that the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke from people smoking on the balconies outside the room. Since they are a 'non-smoking' hotel, I don't think they should allow smoking just outside the rooms. Overall, great experience and we will definitely stay there again!
