Enclosed by mountains and hills, the village, as locals call it, is Ventura County’s smallest city at 4.2 square miles. Ojai Avenue features boutiques, galleries, and restaurants, including an especially dense block known as The Arcade. Libbey Park, in the middle of downtown, hosts the Ojai Music Festival each year. Adjacent to the park is the city’s iconic Spanish-style bell tower.
