Wonderful experience
The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast suited our needs perfectly. But best of all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again

Everything was great except the guest next door to us has the heaviest feet walking back and forth all night long. Wish there was a microwave.

Fall Weekend in Qgunquit.
This was so convenient, quiet and the grounds were beautiful. Perfect for an overnight, dinner and the playhouse at Ogunquit. The breakfast bar was satisfying.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The room was very clean and had been thoughtfully and tastefully updated not long ago. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was spotless with lots of water pressure. The grounds were nicely maintained. The room was also set back from the highway so that it was quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly. No frills, vintage motel, but a pleasant and restful stay. We will be back.

We booked 2 nights in a deluxe king room on Expedia. We checked in with Alicia (I believe) and she was very pleasant. I asked for a quiet room and she gave us the perfect location. It was set back at the top of the driveway. There was a flight of stairs to the second floor but it wasn’t a problem. The room was clean, well lit and comfortable. We have stayed at many hotels in Ogunquit. Many were plusher and had more amenities but we felt for the rate we paid it was perfect. Breakfast is included and it was fine unless you were looking for a Maine Diner breakfast! We would not hesitate to stay here again,

Comfortable Stay
From check in to checkout the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only comment is that the bathroom area could use an upgrade. Overall, a great stay. Will come again.

Not a place to go
Have been there a few times and this time it felt old, worn out and run down. Paint was peeling, Mold in the bathroom. The amenities were inferior, even the TP was thin and useless. Overall, it felt sad and the owner really didn't put any effort into it. Won't be going back

Easy walk to Footbridge Beach. Two Italian restaurants a stone's throw away. Room was available before check-in time. Reasonably decent breakfast included.

The room was clean. Bed, comfortable. There is a good size, well maintained pool with lounges chairs and lots of well groomed lawn area equipped with Adirondack chairs. The hike into town is about a mile but there is a footbridge that is a shorter distance across the street that will put you on the beach. Good value, we would defernetly go back.

Room was small couldnt get the wifi to work right. Was clean fridge worked and the staff was friendly. All in all it was nice but by no means a delux queen suite and not worth $249 a night.
