Very friendly and helpful staff. Owners were welcoming and gracious. Located easily within walking distance to shops, ocean, and Perkins Cove. Comfortable, clean, and we enjoyed the heated pool.

“Ogunquit's Family Friendly Hidden Gem. We will be back!”
Our family loved every minute of our stay. The place is very, very clean and the staff super friendly and really knowledgable about the area. I think the other reviewer may not of understood that Ogunquit is a really family-friendly place that is open to everybody. Our entire family (some with children) stayed at the Admiral’s Inn and found it family-orientated and customer service-orientated. We love Ogunquit because it is open to everyone and is as diverse as our family. The location is really ideal. It took us about 3 minutes to walk into the direct center of town, which has a lot of great restaurants, clubs, and a wonderful 3 mile beach. The Admiral's Inn was also about a block to Marginal Way - a beautiful, scenic, and easy to walk stroll by Ogunquit's wonderful oceanwalk. Our family used the full sized gym, sauna and laundry facilities. We also went into the hot tubs in the rain and had a blast! Two of us even booked a hour and a half massage at the spa right in the building - and loved it!!! Our whole family agreed that the place is well kept and really offered great service for a price that can’t be beat. In fact, we scheduled our next family vacation at the Admiral’s Inn already for next year!
“Carriage House room on a busy Columbus day weekend.”
We made reservations very late for a busy Columbus Day (2011) weekend and we were pleasantly suprised with our (overflow ) Carriage house room. The main issue was that there was no mirror over the sink, but the room was clean and quiet with a nice little deck. The inn is quaint and quiet, well maintained with a friendly staff. It's a short drive or moderate walk (1/2 mile?) to downtown Ogunquit , the prestine beach , or the granite cliffs of "Marginal Way" - a walkway along the ocean from Perkins Cove to downtown. We would stay there again, but would make reservations early to get a room in the hotel or inn. Great restaurants in the area.
“convenient and simple”
We found this lodging to be just what we needed. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. We appreciated the service at the front desk and in the hotel bar in the evening and at breakfast time. Great experience.

Great hotel - excellent staff and superior customer service.
“High Recommendation”
We appreciated the very friendly and helpful hotel attendent, who at our arrival (10:00 p.m.) guided us to a CVS for some last minute items. Others on the staff also were helpful in identifying places to eat and some tourist spots during our stay. The room was very well maintained after our first night.
