Very nice Inn very nice staff conveniently situated right next to all restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. Room with comfortable beds and en suite bathroom. Nice pool. Historical building with charm and very well renovated.
Only down side is also the fact that it is so close to the action because it can be a bit noisy with the road. But with the air-conditioning you don't hear anyways.

Stayed 4th of July weekend with our 2 kids age 2 and 8. We had a great time. Hotel is clean and updated. Pool and hot tub were a big hit with our kids. Breakfast was very convenient. Great coffee, juices, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, toast, cereal. Nice seating area. Great location. We walked to the beach about 10-15 min. We will definitely be back!

Good location, only a few minutes walk to the town center. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Not much view from room. Slow WiFi. Drapes let a little too much light in. Good sitting area on front porch and inside common areas. Nicely decorated. Has back balcony with sitting area to enjoy a little solitude with staircase to parking area. Clean bathroom with shower stall and shower gel and shampoo dispenser.
Very nice hotel. We only stayed one night but the room and facilities were so clean. A nice continental breakfast in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a great location close to the center of town and Wells along with other areas.

Booked on Expedia, check in was quick. The staff were very friendly, and kept the hotel clean. We were able to walk a short distance to beach. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the room was clean with a very comfortable king sized bed. There was a continental breakfast; Danishes, donuts, toast, cereal, yogurt, apples, and juice. This was good. The only thing I would have liked to see changed is the continental breakfast doesn't start until 8:00. We are early risers, and 8:00 is late for breakfast.
