For nearly 400€/night we were hoping for far better. On arrival our room had garbage on the floor which wasn’t removed the second day. The room wasn’t cleaned; the floor was covered in sand from our visit to the beach. Towels weren’t changed nor coffee restocked. The restaurant food was dire and the Ukrainian waitress spent all her time chatting to her Ukrainian friends The hotel is in the middle of an office complex with ample parking yet we were charged a whopping 17€/night for parking. EXPEDIA did not mention that ! Total disaster and we shan’t be visiting again!

Completely off the beaten track . The receptionist was as welcoming as an old wind in Alaska. She had to maintain her snootiness. The room was nice overlooking the motorway- the tv needed a manual to get a channel- no English tv. My dinner was mediocre! Not up to Hilton standards at all. Would it return! Bathroom sink plug wouldn’t work

Just right for me.
My stay was just perfect. Thankyou. My evening meal - mushroom soup and sea bass - was excellent. Although i like my green lentils al dente. Good luck to the new chef.

The hotel offers great value and was suitably located for us. It is next to CORPUS, but other than that the surroundings look more industrial and under development than residential. Missing is a coffee maker.

The property was clean, the room comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The hotel was also very convenient to the university. It is however a bit further from restaurants and grocery stores (although within acceptable walking distance if you're a good walker). Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit.

The air conditioner does not blow cold air so you must keep the window open at night. It was very noisy hearing the cars on the highway. The only available food nearby was McDonalds. Everywhere else was closed on a Thursday night.

Disappointing
I had a terrible experience in this hotel. There was rotten food in the room from the previous guests. The baby cot supplied was dusty. The skirting boards in the room was lined with mold. I had to ask for my reservation to be cancelled and refunded and I moved to a different hotel to spend the night. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. Not what you’d expect from a Hilton Hotel. There needs to be more done about the standard of cleanliness in the hotel.

Excellent hotel - clean, professional, large rooms with option of a bath. Fridge and kettle in the room. Perfect base for Den Haag and Amsterdam and all the areas in between.

Strakke zielloze sfeer zowel binnen als buiten , buiten hebben ze geprobeerd het sfeervol te maken maar hierin volledig de plank misgeslagen , ontbijt is tot 10 uur en wij kwamen 10 voor 10 , 5 voor 10 was de keuken al aan het opruimen en kon er niks meer besteld worden , niks werd bijgevuld en bij gratie werd er nog een ei gebakken door te zeggen het is nog geen 10 uur, om klokslag 10 uur kwam de restaurant manager het personeel vertellen , nu alles weghalen waarop ik een gesprek probeerde aan te gaan dat nog heel wat gasten nog moesten ontbijten en hij nors in het Engels zij , i don’tcare 10 uur is 10 uur , koffie apparaat uit en tegen betaling bij de bar kon je tegen betaling koffie krijgen , 5 over 10 was het buffet opgeruimd en weg 😳.

Property was very clean, Staff was friendly and courteous. House keeping staff was friendly although they entered the room after quick knock immediately. They should wait till they get either a response or they know for sure, nobody is in the room. From a food and beverage standpoint they certainly left money on the table.
