good hotel for the price had good food friendly service and always hepful
“Affordable lodging”
Hotel is rather good, however still needs some refurbishment. Good breakfast meal and very good coffe. The wireless is free of charge! People are nice and helpfull.

hotel très correct, le personnel y parle anglais, et même certains un peu le français! choix variés au petit déjeuner, personnel très serviable! au fait l'hotel Chernoye More ou le Black Sea Hotel, c'est le même hotel! le seul hic, c'est les rideaux qui ne sont pas assez large, et du coup le soleil réveille un peu tôt le matin! et aussi des fenêtres pas très bien isolées, le bruit de la circulation peut parfois être un peu gênant! Le reste est très bien!
“Chernoye More or less”
The Chernoye More Hotel is part of the Black Seas Hotel Group and although the building is starting to show its age, was still a comfortable room for a budget minded traveler. If you are a five star fanatic, the Chernoye More is not for you. However if you enjoy the early eighties feel of the most quaint decor, you will be in love with this hotel. I found the staff to be most accommodating and friendly especially towards a traveler who had no grasp of the Russian language at all. The facilities were up to the task and one can not fault the convenient location with two pharmacies and many small shops, including a little supermarket, all within walking distance of the front door.
“Disappointed”
The decor of the hotel has not been updated. Standard room was tiny,bathroom was even smaller. wi-fi internet was availible only in the lobby. Compared to other 4 star hotels in Odessa this one is the worst. On a positive note, breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. I will not stay again.
“Its probably the best in Odessa...”
The country of Ukraine is very poor, so it might be the best that Odessa has to offer, but I didnt go and look at other Hotels...
