Don’t stay there. Impossible to reach the hotel by phone on the day of arrival. Desk manager was busy counting money, and completely avoided my desire to check in. TV was not working properly Room was noisy. Many other better options nearby, and had to check out after one night for one of those.

I don’t know what all the fuss is about. This is very good hotel for the price. Great customer service rooms have been renovated it’s not the Ritz-Carlton.

Oyo Hotel was nice and clean. Great bargain hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only draw back was there is no hot water. I tried at different times and the water was like warm.

First thing when I walk in the room was cockroach and then when we want it to take a shower the water it didn’t want to work and 10 minutes later you see water everywhere in the bathroom so sad terrible

I checked in on the 01/08/2024. Front desk was very courteous and very customer service oriented. I am not sure ,i think her name was Dania. The room was a stench, roaches, bed sheets looks like it was never changed, the tub was clogged. Next morning i asked for room cleaning. Came back in the evening and it was worse than before. Housekeeping didn't make the beds, i left markings to check if they did clean.. no cleaning. I contacted fronk desk( would not reveal her name, absolutely rude and obnoxious, worst customer service, does not deserve to work in a hospitality position. Didn't offer any solution. Just kept saying to me she does not need to hear this..seems frustrated as if it was my fault that she has to work. She worked the evening shift on the 9th. I will find her name..please don't go to this place i understand it's cheap and dont expect much but hostile service made it worse.

I don't know if it was the clientele or just that it was New Year's Eve, but people were yelling in the hall all night. The people next to us had their TV on really loud ALL night. The people above us were dropping things and stomping all night. We got very little sleep. The room was decent - not great. It's an older property. The staff were super nice, though, and the location was great. Didn't like having to pay a security deposit or being presented at check-in with a list of how much things would cost to replace if broken or stolen. Again - I think it's probably due to the clientele. I noticed there were weekly rates. If that had been shown on Expedia I probably would have reserved a room somewhere else. But I'll say it again - the staff were super nice.

Horrible conditions!
So embarrassed by this hotel. I booked it for two of our technician who were taking certification classes near by. They complaint of roaches in the unit, bedsheets with cigarette holes, no hot water and over-all dirty conditions. Disappointed that Hotels.com would offer this terrible hotel. Truly disappointed.

The property needs redecorating and the bathroom especially needs updating (I kept getting bugs in the bathroom). The pictures on the website are definitely from a few years ago and isn’t a true reflection of what the rooms look like now. The staff were lovely and helpful.

I checked into the property and went to the room. Inside the room it was small and the double beds didnt match. One was bigger than the other. I immediately returned to the front and asked for a refund because my family and i wasnt staying there. The clerk said they had a no refund policy and then proceeded to say she didnt have the authority to cancell my reservation. She was ridiculous because i was not on the property not even 15 minutes. I truly would not recommend this property. I should have known something when i was given a lost of cost for items if they were damaged...SMDH

They definitely tried to upgrade this property, but the room i had was less than nice. The toilet reserve was broken, and constantly leaking, it smelled like smoke. There was leaks on the ceiling and what appeared to be mold. Staff was amazing though and it was secured with a lock to get into the building at the front which made things a bit better. Overall 3 star

You get what you pay for, and the price of the hotel was really good. So, I only have myself to blame. But when I first checked into my room, the floor was filthy. I asked to be moved to another room and the management complied. This property has not been renovated for a long time. I could hear the TV all night from my neighbors. The sink did not drain properly. Moreover, I do not want to stay in a place where I have to sign a statement saying that I will not steal the towels! Overall, very unpleasant stay. The one positive aspect were the people who worked in the property. I thank them. But NEVER will I go back to this property. I prefer to pay more.

STAT AWAY! Roaches in room. OYO Townhouse is an old Red Roof Inn and you can tell. The lobby was « kinda » renovated but the rooms aren’t at all. We found roaches in the bathroom the first night and decided to cancel the second night. The staff did not want to refund us as they claim to not do any refund. We made the reservation through Expedia that call OYO to ask for a refund but they refused. Extremely unprofessional when you can’t deliver clean room with up to date pest control… very bad overall experience

The literal definition of a roach motel. AVOID!
Straight up the grossest hotel stay I've had in years. Do not trust the images in this listing. Everything in and around the room is gross. Sheets don't fit the bed and you'll have hairs from previous guests in your bed. Microwave should be avoided at all costs. But the absolute kicker are the actual roaches in the bathroom. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
