“Loved it! Wonderful staff!”
I had a wonderful experience at Rooms on the Beach. I am a frequent traveler and Jamaica is one of my favorite places to visit. I usually stay at all inclusive properties but I decided not to do that this trip. I am so glad that I tried it this way and I feel that I really got my monies worth. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist in any way. The room was clean and fresh each day. The only problem we ran into was that fresh towels were not always available first thing in the morning. Generally we had to wait until early afternoon to receive a new set of towels each day. My overall experience was great. I will definitely go back.

The expedia vacation we experinced in Jamacia was wonderful. This being our first trip staying and not sailing was all taken care of for us. Next year we will get all inclusive. The hotel for the price was great. inexpensive and clean.

Excellent location and Scuba diving shop on the beach. Great local restaurants and craft market. Hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Food and beverage service were excellent! I recommend this hotel for both quality and price!
“Best value in Ocho Rio”
We had a very nice mini-suite, very comfortable, great view of the pool and beach. Hotel staff was very friendly and would their best to satisfy your request for additional services. Great location, wlak out the gate and your in the heart of the shopping area. But the great price for this hotel best kept secret. There were a few shortfalls, but nothing drastic, I would go there again in the future. A few short falls are limited gift shop, hot water could be a bit hotter, and the free continental breakfast could offer some different items each day. Over all its a great place to stay.

Awesome price at great location - right on Ochi's beach. Ample parking. Only downside is no elevator.
“Yah Mon, Irie!”
I would stay here again! Centrally located/walking distance to downtown, restarants, shopping, grocery store, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville/Village shopping, and flea market. They have a nice beach-you can even catch the Cool Runnings Party Catamaran (highly recommend!); book a fishing trip; rent jet skis and/or parasail from right behind the hotel/on the beach. DJ daily, an awesome jerk chicken dish, friendly staff, and nice view of big cruise ships that dock at the port a few blocks up. Breakfast was fine: toasts, muffins, croisants, pastries, jellies, coffee and OJ, not bad and they keep it replenished the entire time! The rooms are nice and clean. All in all, it was a very pleasant, fun, and nice stay. No need to exchange US Dollars for Jamaican Dollars. All but one store asked for Jamaican dollars, but they still accepted the USD.
“Do not use the phone”
Enjoyed the stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. USING THE TELEPHONE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE! PAYED US$2.00 PER MINUTE TO MAKE A LOCAL CALL!
“Perfect Location”
I just got back from 4 days at Rooms, and had a wonderful time. After spending the first half of my vacation at a large all-inclusive resort in Ocho Rios, I wanted to stay some place quiet that would afford me access to the local scene. This was it. Right on the beach, immaculate, with the friendliest, most professional staff I have ever met. The ladies at the desk, Shandria and Theresa were terrific and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. They will arrange your trip back to the airport with a tour company for $25.00 per person, not $50 as the taxicabs will charge. Hotel has a restaurant, we had dinner there, decent food. Can't wait to go back.
“the most wonderful little getaway......”
Didn't know what to expect...but we absolutely loved it! Clean, small, comfortable hotel with it's own very nice beach, very friendly and honest staff....we can't wait to go back! Absolutely very impressed! For the money we paid ....we got much more!
