Our stay at Couples Tower Isle was wonderful! We spent our Honeymoon their and we can't wait to return. Everyone was just so friendly.. I felt like a princess... waited on hand and foot! Awesome Place♥

“Superior Staff”

My husband and I went to Couples Tower Isle for vacation and having stayed at Couples Negril and also Couples Swept Away we wanted to stay at a Couples resort because we were so happy with them in the past and CTI didn't disappoint. The staff was so friendly and seemed genuinely happy all the time. No matter where we were someone was always asking how we were and if we needed anything. We did eat at all the restaurants and the food was always really good, there was something for everyone. We also did the Dunn's River Falls trip and that was a lot of fun. My only complaint was with the scuba people. I have scuba dived twice before at Swept Away so I am not a newbie, but it had been a while since my last dive (7 years). I was having difficulty with my breathing because I am a runner and my instinct is to also breath through my nose so I was attempting to get back in the grove of strictly breathing through my mouth and it was taking a little bit of time for me and the instructor seemed very bothered and I actually got an eye roll from him so due to his attitude I decided against going. Very disappointed because I love to scuba. I didn't let that ruin anything though, the rest of the staff is top notch! CTI has lots of different excursions and I suggest trying them all, the catamaran cruise looked awesome but we never were able to do it just because we didn't think about it. We stayed in a garden view room because that is my preference over ocean view. It was great!

“This is our favorite Couples resort.”

This resort had been closed for 18 months for renovation and had opened the day before we arrived. Construction was still underway almost 24/7 but did not detract from the beauty or service at the resort. Can't wait to see it next year.

“We're definitely going back!! - Great place!!”

The Hotel Staff was Excellent!! They waited on you hand & foot, what ever you wanted they tried to oblige. We went to this Hotel for our 10 Year Anniversary & my 50th Birthday - On the day of our Anniversary they delivered a bottle of Sparkling Wine to our room - I couldn't believe that they remembered. We went during the rainy season, but it was still around 85 - 90 degrees & when it rained it was a warm rain - We went horseback riding & got stuck in a downpour, but it didn't bother us - we got soaked, but we still enjoyed ourselves. I couldn't believe the food & the drinks, just walk up to the Bar & order anything w/no money exchanging hands & the Buffet they had - Everything was Excellent - There was food 24 hours a day!! We also recommend Dunn's River falls - It's a blast!! We can't wait to go back - We'll probably go in March or April next time just to avoid the rainy season, but no matter when you go you'll enjoy yourself - The Staff make it what it is - They're GREAT!!

The entire experience was wonderful. From the time we arrived, we were treated with the utmost respect and care. The room exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness. The entire staff was excellent and they catered to all of our needs. The activities that were planned was fun and it was worth the price. We plan to make this an annual event and recommend it to others. It was a trip of a lifetime.

Couldnt ask for better service. Everyone was very eager to please and make your stay as comfortable as possible. You cant beat the added value of going to a resort where so many activities and excursions are included in the hotel rate. Will be back soon!

“Best Vacation Ever”

Our stay at Couples Tower was the best vacation my wife and I ever had. The staff is the greatest, the food is fabulous, the rooms are great, and the amenities are wonderful. The ride from Montego Bay is rather long, but it was nice to drive across that part of Jamaica and see some of the country. Our room faced the Caribbean, and my first day I spent just relaxing on our balcony with a generous supply of rum drinks! We then spent a lot of time on the wonderful beach and swimming in the warm water of November! There are several restaurants, but the food was so good at the "patio", we didn't really want to go anywhere else. I can't say enough about the staff; anything you want they bend over backwards to help you out. In addition to the hotel and its activities, you can do other things on a pay basis such as a Bob Marley tour, parasailing, Jamaican bobsled (in the rain forest), and a bunch of others. My wife and I will definitely be going back to Tower Isle next year. I can't wait!

“a pleasant surprise”

We had been to this resort three times before, but not during the last three years. The remodel was tastefully done, yet maintained the charm and friendliness we remembered. The staff was outstanding as we had remembered. We thought the food had improved and offered many more healthy choices. Make sure you try the new spa and juice bar. We hope to go back again and highly recommend Couples Tower Isle.
