“Atrium & location was the only good thing about it”
I was so excited to go away to Ocean City for the first time with my husband and 4 children. I picked Quality Inn (although pricey I thought) based on the reviews. I don't know the big deal was and don't understand how this hotel has good ratings. It didn't even have an elevator on our side of the hotel and we were on the 3rd floor. My poor husband had to pull up the heavy luggage on his own up the stairs. I booked a suite looking to be as comfortable as possible with my family and feel at home being that we were staying there for 5 nights. We wanted a kitchen area so that way we could at least have breakfast and lunch in our room. As soon as we walked in the room was just a regular room with a pull out couch and a tiny kitchen area. Did not look or feel clean at all. The balcony floor had crumbs and a lot of garbage. The bathroom floor had hair on it. I pulled a sheet from the closet to lay on the floor for my baby and it had like pizza sauce on it. My husband went to get a spoon from the cabinet and the spoons were stuck together. My son pulled out an eyeliner that didn't belong to me from I don't know where. There was a white stain on the sofa. I had to send my husband out to get cleaning products because I was disgusted. I "Lysol-ed" everything. More like a dingy dirty hotel. For the rate I paid I expected much more. I stayed at better places with much bigger and cleaner suites for much much less. All i have to say is this put a damper on our vacation.

What can I say, the room was dirty, they didn't have a clean crib for my 5 months old baby and at 7pm we were in Ocean City looking for another accomodation!! worst experience ever!!
“not impressed”
Entering the hotel, the smell of chlorine knocks you out and the squawking of the birds was horrible. Teenagers running everywhere. Did not like the open layout of this hotel. Extremely noisy.
“Not recommendable, never again”
The room was unedifying, no daylight, very loud because it was directly located at the so called "atrium" at first floor. Thus we changed the room to the 4 floor with ocean view, which was much better, but with high extra costs! The pool and Jacuzzi were dirty and disgusting. The including so called "continental Breakfast" was only a basket of fruits at the entrance. Overall, I can´t recomment the hotel. The hotel was very disappointing for an exorbitant price.
