“Location was great !”

The location was great. The staff was helpful and friendly . Our Room and open areas were neat and clean.The exterior could use some updating . The balconies were in need of maintenance as well as the indoor pool. Great views of the ocean.The pool bar had limited hours . Overall we were very satisfied with our visit . I think the price is based on location not on aesthetics or amenities. The location was conveniently located .Within walking distance to many of the attractions and restaurants,

“Really Okay”

Great location at the quiet end of the boardwalk. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms have a large, very public balcony.

“Ocean View, is not a good view”

The Flagship was not a bad place to stay. The place is old but the room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was closed during our three-day visit but the outdoor pool was nice. If I were to visit again I would request an Ocean Front room. The only way that that you can see the ocean from your "Ocean-View" balcony room is to stand up.

“Value for the cost, not fancy but nice”

The location and pool were great. The upkeep in general was good. The bathrooms were dated and water temperature fluctuated from cold to very hot. Housekeeping didn't clean the room at all during the stay, I dont expect much but trash removal and fresh towls would have make the stay more enjoyable.

Not the newest hotel on the beach. but it is on the beach.

The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. The staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had.

Nice location. Has indoor pool for rainy days. Nice poolside bar.

“Served its purpose”

The desk people were extremely friendly and helpful. They even switched our room to one we liked better. We were able to get our room a little early, too. The hotel is "dated", however, once you get used to that, it is fine. Good location to everything. Nice view of the Ocean/Beach. Balconies do lack privacy. Housekeeping was very good with providing towels, shampoo, etc. Walls aren't exactly good at keeping noise out.

“Perfect Escape”

This is my second time staying at the Flagship. For the location on the boardwalk and the price it is a good bargain. I like that they have both an indoor and outdoor poor. We'll be back again!
