The room overall was great. The pool outside was disgusting. Seagulls were swimming in it and their poop everywhere. People throwing bagels out there to feed them. Had to leave a day early because of a tropical storm no refund.

Last year was 5 stars, this year elevator didnt work right, we watched a lady fall out of it, ice machine stayed broken down, and i was told they wont put money in anything to fix stuff. My safe didnt work, and the first maintanence, says it needs batteries but ill have to do it tomorrow, 24 hrs later i had to fo to front office- immediatly fixed. Room phone broken. Pool maintanence- sane fella that 1st came to safe- well he would hook up and not do the job. I saw chlorine added 1 time in 5 days. Im extremely disappointed in a years time, and embarrassed as i took my family this time and they saw all this disrepair

Our room 317 was advertise as beachfront city view but they did not mention that you will be in a separate smaller building away from the actual beachfront building. The check in lobby reeked of weed. Room was dirty…floors were not vacuumed, old food left in the fridge, bottle with cigs on the balcony, broken lamps, water temps in the shower got only warm and not hot. The room also had a horrible locker room smell. It was so bad we had to end our trip early and do early checkout. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I thought the very kind and professional esp the lady . I did know her name I like how she had everything organized in dining area... but also noticed the rooms need to be remoled i was in the facing the street which I did not mine the carpet needs to be taken out for good..

We were so disappointed. The room had moths, water bugs and lady bugs. The pull out couch mattress was so thin that it was in-usable. The sheets had stains. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The hallway had a terrible smell. The outside beach shower was broken so there was so much sand in the outdoor pool. There was rust on the bathroom fixtures. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The building is old and not well maintained. The only elevator didn't work well, the outlets in the room were loose, etc. Rooms were small. The staff were nice and very helpful. Close to the beach.

Never been more disappointed. Room was dirty and I let the manager and staff know but they didn’t even offer to clean. My son had bites on him in the morning, they checked the room, did not find bed bugs. Even then they didn’t offer a different room. Curtain bracket at slider door hanging off wall as well as curtain rod at bath tub hanging. Holes in walls and ceiling tiles everywhere. Manager kept talking over me, not listening and had an “I don’t care” smile on his face. When someone is complaining to a manger, you would expect him to not keep looking at his phone or computer screen. Worst hotel experience ever.

The property had very nice views from our fifth floor room. Check in was very good and friendly, it is an older property, chipped furniture although beds were comfortable. Furniture was stained and cleanliness not the best, We liked the location and the price was good for the time of year

I came to this property to stay for a week, but the day I arrived to the hotel the room was smelling very bad and I start sneezing on the next day and I want to a CVS near by they give me some alergy medication to take which I neve had an alergy issu anyway.I call to the front desk and told what my feeling. The guy whi answerd the phone told me in rude way they are not a doctor and then I hungup the phone after a few minutes later the manager came to my room and asked me what my situation is and said I can cheeck out if that makes me sick. The same day I start searching for another hotel and found for the next day that is the day a left the hotel. After all 5he room is very dirty and bad customer service. I will never go to any quality inn hotels in the country 😒

Disgusting place
Don't stay here. I will never come back here. We checked out early because the place was so disgusting. The room smelled so bad. Everything metal was rusty including the fridge and microwave. There was mold. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. The phone wasn't hooked up so we couldn't just dial 0 for room service. The thing that holds the iron was just hanging out of the wall. It can loose and was never fixed. You have to check in at a different building than where we were staying. The parking is scarce and the spaces are small. The breakfast is a joke. There's no room for more than 3 or 4 families. Our toilet clogged in our room for no reason. The elevator broke down twice (we were only there for 3 days). The pullout sofa was gross. The mattress was so thin and it had mold on it. My daughter had to sleep in bed with me. When I asked for clean sheets and a comforter I was told that there's no night staff and I have to come get it myself. Even then I only got a fitted and flat sheet. I wanted to strip the entire bed because I'm sure they don't do it after every guest. This place is disgusting. If you're thinking of going there just don't. For some reason, i can't upload photos but i took plenty.

I encountered a disheartening situation where one of the staff members displayed a kind of discriminating behavior that was uncharacteristic of the hospitality industry. I found her attitude to be quite rude and dismissive, which left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as a guest. All the other guests in the lobby during the breakfast could sense that. It ruined the day and vacation.

I like that this hotel is right on the beach, ocean side, and has 2 pools. The staff were polite and provided me with what I needed. The room was clean enough and the beds had fresh linens, we stripped and remade the beds anyway and it was fine. It's old, it could be nicer, but that's pretty much all the hotels on the beach. I would come back.
