“Great Deal”

Great room with comfy beds. We got an excellent price and were pleasantly surprised when we saw our room. Good breakfast is included in the deal.

“Great Location,Love Ocean City”

This hotel was very close to Downtown Ocean City. I like the fact it was not in the heart of the city, but only about a mile or 2 drive. The comforter on our king size bed was stained up when we first arrived but we complained and the staff was very quick to change it for us. The bathroom ceiling was also leaking and maintance did come right away to look at the problem. We only stayed a night but for the money we paid I would not expect that. Overall it was pretty clean and would stay there again.

“Nice but would try another hotel if I went back to OC”

The hotel was nicely situated not far from the ocean city boardwalk, but not right on the beach/boardwalk. It had a nice pool that the kids loved. Unfortunately, the pool closed at 8 pm which was early for us. We also had to vacate the pool for maintenance which was annoying. The condition of the hotel was a bit run down with stains on the carpet in the hallway. The air conditioner broke down during our stay. The staff was responsive but unable to fix it and we had to gather all of our stuff and move to another room. The breakfast was good, but could have used more seating. No chocolate chip cookies either, only dog biscuits!

“Wish they vacuum it , and better yet - never had carpets”

The hotel appeared to be clean - but the rooms were not vacuumed, nor windows could have been opened to allow some fresh air in. The smell on the side-stairways was awful. We would have stayed longer in Ocean City, but the hotel was just bearable for very short period of time

“Ocean City Comfort Suites”

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned. We found opened packages of tacos and candy in the closet. The sheets looked like they had not been changed and there were stains on the comforters. The second room they brought us too was not any better. The sheets in this room had hair on them and the floor was not vacuumed. The wash clothes in the bathroom were used and there was a used bar of soap left in the soap dish. The third room was marginally better. This was because we had them inspect and clean the room before going in. We would not have stayed if most of the area hotels had not been sold out.
