“Customer Service Excellent”

We intially had a problem with the room assigned to us. My husband made one phone call and they upgraded us to a KING SUITE with seperate bedroom and jacuzzi within 10 minutes

The hotel was nice. Everything was good, except for the fact that our floor had a college's female soccor team creating mishap with each other. I hoped that I would get the room with a view of the water, but didn't...:( Other then that, the stay was great and perfect!

Hotel was nice but common areas could use a face lift also ice machines can not accommadate a full hotel.

The hotel is located back off the street so I almost it, but once inside this hotel is actually very nice! the hwas out of order but the pool was open and huge. Although it was COLD out in the pool area and the water was freezing, the hotel itself was very nice. The rroms were large and comfortable and very quite.

“Rennovation in Progree”

The hotel itself was located in a fairly congested area, though it was away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, which was about a 5 to 10 min drive. When we checked in we were put in an older room that was formerly a smoking room, so it smelled of stale cigarettes, and the toilet did not work. As soon as I told the front desk they immediately moved us to another room that was newly rennovated. The room was nice, but the beds were very uncomfortable and the air conditioning unit was very noisy, kept waking us up all night. The only plus to this location was that it was close to the beach.

I tend to be a bit of a hotel snob but for a cheap place to stay this was perfect. The room was a good size and very well appointed. Beds the perfect level of soft to firm for my tastes. They could use new bedspreads but other than that it was all top quality. The bathroom was a little small and would be difficult for a family to maneuver in. They could have used more overhead lights too, only one in the entry way, there are lamps on the desk and table. I used the pool and I'm sure it would have been more enjoyable except for the mass number of children. The jacuzzi also had no bubble to it. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative though. This hotel was a good bang for the buck, it is not beach front and very few rooms have bay view. I was staring at some lovely houses and a parking lot. The hotel is in the back of a strip mall so there is a Denny's , grocery store and Rite Aide around the corner. Directly across the street is the beach so it's a short walk.

Updated, clean, needed more counter space. We would stay here again.
