Do not stay here!
Bathroom window frame only 3/4 there one piece obviously ripped out due to mold, mold on walls in bathroom, toilet is almost touching the sink to where you can barely sit. Water takes minutes to get warm in shower. Found old food wrappers at back of dresser(needed to plug stuff in that was unplugged) felt like we slept on rocks due to 90s style box spring mattress. Took an entire day for mini fridge to be cool enough for any drinks or food brought. 2 days in party in hotel room above us ruined last 2 nights due to being loud I til 3:00am both nights workers "said something" only for room above to get rude and eunt their mouths about people complaining. Overall worse hotel experience I've ever had in multiple states and countries

The room wasn’t what I expected as was advertised online. The air conditioner was very loud and there were not enough outlets. The outlets that were available, were oddly placed. The rooms bathroom was up to date and clean, but the room could use some updating. When booking, I was unaware the the pool was oddly located in the parking lot. On a positive note, the staff in the office were very friendly and helpful. The motel was very close to the beach and that was wonderful.

This hotel was complete disgusting they said the room was clean. I don’t think they swept or did anything to actually clean. The floor felt like the whole beach was in that room It just made the bed we didn’t even stay and they won’t give us a refund. We checked in and 30 minutes later left. Just to walk into our room, we walked by many open beer bottles. Lots of cigarettes on the ground lighters everywhere. Our room smelled like cigarettes. Hotel.com won’t even help us get our money back.

I booked a room for a night , upon arrival my wife and i checked for bed bugs. Less than 30 seconds in, we found an infestation of bed bugs, we went and told the guy at the front desk , he told us he would give us the room next door, it also had bed bugs. He went and seen them for himself. He told us to go we had to go to the kings arms motel to talk to his manager . She told us she couldn't refund our money till she had a exterminator confirm and it would take a few days . We called her a few days later and she said the exterminator said there was no signs of bedbugs. I asked what exterminator she used so i ould confirm myself. She refused to give us the name and hung up on me. Called her back and she refised to talk about it. I do not recommend staying at this place

Thank you for your review, no need to lie though. We called our exterminator(Presto) by the way, and there were no signs of any bugs. You then called us and were informed of the situation. You did not once ask who the pest control company was and you did not get hung up on. You even said have a nice day before hanging up. Again thank you for your review.

No fault to the motel but someone was banging on my door from about 12am-1am, so that was not fun. A/c was very loud but kept us cool so im not too upset. Overall wasnt a bad stay but just freaked us out

Good budget stay
The place is great for what you pay for. The location is great- just a few minute walk to the beach. We brought our own sheets and pillowcases because other reviews said that there were stains on the ones that were provided. There weren’t many stains but there were some, so we used ours. The main drawback was the lack of outlets in the room. One of the lamps wasn’t plugged in because there weren’t any outlets near it. We had to charge our phones across the room on the dresser. There was only enough space to either have the fridge or the microwave plugged in. In order to use one you had to unplug the other. Then, we had to remember to plug the fridge back in to prevent our food from spoiling. The TV had cable that was fairly low quality and didn’t have a lot of channels. Other than all of that, the room was just what we needed. The AC was nice, and the bed was fairly comfortable. The staff was also super nice and welcoming. Any issue I had, they at least attempted to resolve. My key stopped working and the cleaning ladies let me back into my room, and the person at the front desk swiftly reprogrammed the keys to work again.

I’m glad I only booked for 1 night.! I stayed in room#29 I was soo disappointed that room was so outdated and dirty super old ! The beds were soo uncomfortable & they were really old the mattress had mold very dirty .! The pillow were old with holes & dirty sheets with stains .! I even checkout before my checkout time cause it was soo terrible .! The microwave too was old with mold The location is great close to many things

There were flies all over the room, towels were stained, mold in the bathroom - overall this place was gross. But I didn't see a roach or bed bug. The location is great, the price amazing, and It had Nick, so I got my Spongebob.

My stay was okay we had to go buy our own towels to use for bathing and we took out our own garbage the first room we were in had mold on the ceiling tiles and one light in the room was broken I went to turn on the light and the lightbulb exploded

Originally upset that we were told they had to push our check-in back an hour but that became the least of our problems. The only good thing about the property was the head cleaning lady who helped us get a refund. The room itself was “clean” but the beds were broken and sinking, the bathroom ceiling leaked, the AC unit was completely filled with mold (CHUNKS of mold), the walls looked like plywood that was poorly put together and didn’t meet the ceiling. The manager was…no good words. When we demanded a new room she tried to tell us we had to wait 2 hours for the maintenance guy to come and check out our room. We told her multiple times that with the number of problems in the room, there was no way maintenance was going to be able to fix it. The head cleaning lady was present for all of it and approached us to let us know she spoke with someone above the manager who agreed to a refund. We ended up getting a room at a reputable hotel down the road and never looked back.

House keeping didn’t keep up with cleaning during the week, bathroom shower was DATED. Other then that things were okay, staff was nice. Let me borrow a broom and dust pan 1/2 way through the week and gave fresh towels.

Congested room, no room service at all, dirty sticky floor, stinky room, even no microwave, high charge after all which is more than the service value. Don’t want to recommend others if at the same price. It worths like 50$/ nigh, but I paid 350/night, I regret visiting this site.

The only thing I like it was it was in Ocean City the motel shouldn't even have been open the room was nasty there was ticks in the room the office was not open the television wasn't even connected to cable the toilet was not working the water was shut off there was nothing good about this place I highly recommend not staying there

The electricity only worked half the time - there were stains all over the sheets - the shower was so dirty you had to wear shoes in the shower and the staff was beyond rude.
