“Ocala Super 8”

Rooms were clean and the hotel was easy to find from the interstate. Nice employees and convenient breakfast.

“Pretty good value”

Clean room, clean bathroom, and fairly comfortable bed. Thats about all i ask for in an inexpensive hotel, and this place had it.

“FL bound”

Personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. Some plumbing problems, but nice folks made up for any weaknesses.

“Excellent place to lay your weary head”

Check in and out were quick and efficient. Staff was friendly. I paid on Expedia in advance and I think that sped up the process. Rooms are large enough for an air mattress if travelling with children.

“Give this one a wide berth ...”

The facility is old and not well-kept. The lawns were 8-10" high. The rooms were fair at best. Beds were acceptable. The linens appeared to be clean; however, the towels were a bit worn (and small). The carpet was too dirty to walk on with bare feet. Bedside lights didn't work properly. AC worked well. The staff was mediocre -- not rude, but not friendly either. Convenient to freeway, gas station and restaurants.

“Poor Quality”

The 1st room I was given, the TV didn't have a remote. OK, I went to the office and was given1. It didn't work. I went back and they gave me another 1. It didn't work. When I went back to my room I had 5-6 roaches waiting,. I was given another room. Carpet was worn out ,bad paint and ceiling peeling. When I got in the shower the next morning, no hot water. The water wasn't cold, just no water whatsoever coming out of the faucet on the hot side. Pretty disgusting overall experience.
