“Comfortable basic hotel”

i used points for 2 rooms for 2 nights and the room was comfortable and clean. It was obviously an older motel, but had been upgraded nicely. I asked for a late check out on but was only allowed to stay until 1200, The staff were friendly and the service for the breakfast was quite nice for a continental breakfast.

“It'll do”

We weren't looking for a leisurely hotel and we didn't get one. But it was nice enough for one night stay before going into the hospital. The staff was very courteous and professional. And best of all - Free wireless internet with no hassle connection.

“not impressed”

Room was OK, none of the ice machines worked, electrical outlets in room were not working properly. TV went in and out. We got to hotel 1 day early which caused all sorts of billing problems which took over 2 weeks to get resolved, we were billed twice for the room on our original 3 nights. Hotel could use some updating also.

“OK for the price and convenience to I-75”

Appears to be a grand old queen whose best days have gone by. Room was in good condition and bathroom was spotless. Bed was comfortable. A little confusion at checkin due to having used Expedia - some question about billing, but all workid out OK. Breakfast buffet did not appear too great.

“Hot and Moldy”

The picture of the hotel rooms most have been taken some time ago. That was part of the reason I chose this hotel. The staff was slow to respond to my arrival. It seemed like there were other issues with guests not being located together. The second desk person who helped me was preoccupied with another employee. Typically professionalism suggests that other issues besides the customer to be handled afterward or out of earshot. The outside of the building where my room was located smelled like raw sewage. The room smelled just as bad as though not cleaned for awhile. Noticeably the hotel was old and seeing that this was tourist season I would have expect better. The young lady that I turned the key in at checkout was nice and pleasant.
