“Relax in Berkeley”

Personal at all levels very pleasant efficient and attentive to customers. One negative is the Adult pool which seems to be controlled by one or 3 locals who spread their belongings all over the place , sauna ,tables chairs etc and make you feel unwelcomed as if the swimming lanes were private !! This should be brought to the management of this hotel which has greatly improved from my last stay.

“Nice stay”

We stayed for one night at the Junior Suite, with the king bed and sleeper sofa. We came in at night so there wasn't much for us to see there, we also left right away to SF pretty early. The rooms were clean, quite and spacious. Room decor is pretty simple, lots of browns and dark colors. The heater was kinda bothersome when it turned on, but not so much to impede our sleep.Beds were ok, the pillows were way too soft but that is really subjective. Overall, we would recommend this hotel. Its is close to SF/Berkeley/Richmond. My kids loved the pool although it was not that warm, but then again we went in the middle of winter so...

“great place to stay.”

Loved this hotel. Staff all very friendly and did a lot of little things for us. The marina is quite beautiful. Restaurant had great sunday brunch. Free wifi if you ask for the code. Nice parks very close. I Highly recommend!

“Fragrance free, eco-friendly:)”

Really nice place. Most fragrance free place I have ever stayed! The air conditioning was a little funky smelling, but other than that it was great!!!

“Lovely place in a convenient location”

We stayed for three nights for my daughter's graduation. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The grounds are lovely and i could take long or short walks. There is a lap pool and a separate family pool which was nice. I did ask for more coffee, but they seemed to be out, and were out of extra facewash, but that was a small matter.

“Delightful setting and comfortable stay!”

Beautiful location on the Bay. Lovely lap pool for the grown-ups and family pool for happily splashing children. Breakfast a bit expensive, but it's nice to have the convenience and the view. Rooms are luxuriously comfortable. Highly recommend!

“wonderful service”

The hotel location was perfect for a fishing trip, right next to the marina. When i mentioned that it was for a birthday trip they surprised us with a bottle of champagne. It just made the experience that much more special. Will definently go back in the future.
