“Great place to stay!”
I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly! I would stay there again!

The only problem we had was there were only two bath towels. Each day I had to ask for more towels for showering, and it took a while to get them.

The ladies who were working the breakfast buffet were rushing everyone while complaining to some customers that we all had to leave by 9:00am when on the hotel flyer it stated the breakfast bar closes at 10:00am. The buffet staff was rude n they should take classes on customer service.

The hotel was easy to find, very comfortable, and we enjoyed the welcome bag.
“Awesome Hotel”
This is the best hotel I had stayed in thus far!!! The room was clean and spacious. I like the warm welcome and goodie bag upon check in. It is also close to freeway 880 which is nice. It's close to places to eat, a theater, and other shopping places. It is about a 20min ride to the OAK airport.
“a very nice place to stay at a decent price”
I was very impressed with my stay here. It was quite clean, the staff was very pleasant...even gave me a welcome bag, with a few snacks and a drink. AFter driving all day, that was nice. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get up the next morning... a comp breakfast would be nice. I think their breakfast was about 12 dollars, not bad but comp is the best. All the imenities possible, I do prefer wireless internet, they have a hard wire lan you have to connect too. If you have more than one person trying to access the web, makes it tricky. All in all, I would give it a ten out of ten. VERY nice suprise. a little tricky to find at nite, but I had the GPS off, and turned the wrong way at my exit.

Great value for a hotel not too far from San Francisco. Need to update to flat screen TV's, however.

I was extremely pleased with this hotel which is right off the freeway but still in a quiet part of town. Friendly staff greeted me at the front desk. My room was cozy and clean. Parking was plentiful and good restaurants were closeby. In these times when budgets are lean, it was well worth paying a little more for COMFORT and SATISFACTION. ....And my family thoroughly enjoyed the "care package" given to guests upon checking in. Good job Crowne Plaza Union City!
