We loved it there. The customer service, room cleanliness, and the condition were really with no complains. I would only add some more things to the breakfast because it was almost nothing there when we got there in the morning.

Clean hotel and rooms, wake up calls were on time, fresh waffles for breakfast, within 30 minutes of airport, easy to get to work conference, variety of restaurant chains, short drive to shopping and mountains, nice and friendly staff.

“Back to Basics”

A good hotel, conveniently located relative to my client's offices. It's clean, quiet, and reasonably comfortable. I've stayed there perhaps 10 times in the last year. Only once was I disappointed and that was because the hotel was completely full and I was forced to stay in a smoking room. Otherwise, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. Breakfast is the usual meager continental fare the is typical of these hotels, but enough to get the day started.

Used because local Knoxville Hotels were full after football game. Direct shot to the airport only 25 min away.

“Good business trip hotel”

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times this fall. Always booked through Expedia and always pre-paid. Only once was I disappointed. There was a large conference going on and the only available room was smoking. No attempt was made to clear the stale smokey smell from the room and there were cigarette burns in some of the bedding... eeew. Otherwise, the hotel is a comfortable place to stay with adequate free breakfast and decent wireless connection. The staff are courteous and helpful with info on local restaurants.

“Good value for the price”

I have been to OakRidge a number of times in the past six months and always stay at the Jameson. It isn't a luxury hotel, but the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is pretty minimal, but they have coffee and the usual pastries and such. It is conveniently located for my business needs and a great price.
