“Definitely want to return and stay longer next time”

The hotel was terrific. We were traveling for business, so the trip was short. I definitely wish we could have stayed longer, though, to take advantage of all the hotel had to offer. The restaurant was really good (relatively extensive menu, good quality), and the staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. Plus, the prices made the trip quite affordable.

“Nice stay”

A lovely "garden" hotel, indoor/outdoor pool, friendly desk service and a nice, if oddly-shaped room. The AC had a low noise level and the perfume in the room that so many hotels are now using didn't bother me after our initial entry. Definitely would stay there again.

“Need better services!”

1st room's AC was not working. Was switched to a 2md room. Night shift staff was minimally helpful (a male staff), with an attitude that he couldn't be bothered.

“Average”

The best thing about the hotel is the people who work there. They try hard to make the experience great. We were on the concierge floor, which was supposed to be the nicest. I could not find any features that were exceptional on that floor. The rooms were relatively small, decor is too dark, so it seems gloomy. The rate was very reasonable. We were there for a big rowing regatta, and most hotels were booked. It was very convenient to the Melton Lake rowing site, with lots of shopping nearby for supplies like ice, coffee, water, and gatorade. The hotel was fine for the circumstance, but I would not seek it out again.
