“Sweet but too short”

We were headed to the Big Island of Hawaii and only spent one night on Oahu. I decided to try a "Trump" hotel to see what all the hype was about. Well, we've stayed at five star hotels on the east coast and west coast and found that Trump "trumped" them all. After an 11 hour flight and fiasco at our rental car, we were greeted with cheerful and warm smiles and leis at the hotel. Our room was extremely clean, neat, and stocked. Linens were crisp and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was full of goodies (with the Trump name all over them...) and there were plenty of towels. Everywhere you turned, attention had been paid to detail. You could tell that there was a lot of thought put into the stay. Our bellhop gave us precious information about siteseeing Pearl Harbor the next day (arrive early!!!). We asked for our bags to be picked up at 6:10 am and precisely at 6;10 am someone knocked on our door. We immediately headed down to the lobby for our rental car and it was there waiting for us. Now that's service! We were at Pearl Harbor bright and early (still not first in line but pretty darn close). It was a great way to start our Hawaiian vacation. The only complaint was that it was too short a stay.

“OUTSTANDING SERVICE! WILL STAY THERE AGAIN!”

This hotel is not your typical big hotel on Waikiki. Although it has plenty of rooms, the service is as if you are the only one there. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lei, a cool,moistened ginger scented towel to refresh with and a cold bottle of water. The staff's friendly smiles and greetings lets you know they love what they do. When we entered our room, the hotel manager had personally delivered a bottle of champagne and the most delicious macaroons as a gift for our ten year wedding anniversary. The concierge service was outstanding. They were very helpful with dinner and rental car reservations and each time we left for the beach, they gave us a canvas beach bag with beach towels, fresh fruit and bottled water. One day, I left my brush in our rental car and the valet got it from our car and brought it up to our room even if I had insisted to get it myself. It was so nice of them! From the valet, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and concierge staff, the service was outstanding and personal. The staff knew us by name and addressed us by name each time we passed. I will definitely stay at the Trump Hotel again in Waikiki or at any of their locations for that matter. Total 5 star service. They made our ten year wedding anniversary relaxing and memorable.

“Love this place”

Trump Hotel is was the perfect hotel for us in Waikiki. Not a place for kids. Small pool. Service and facilities outstanding. Will definitely return.

Great location. We quite enjoyed our day and night time walks along Waikiki. Excellent service. We had a late flight out and they allowed us to keep our existing room till we needed to go and at no additional cost. Excellent service with complimentary beach bags which included bottled water, fruit, and towels. Rooms were well cleaned. Pool was small but was fun for the kids. We highly recommend the Trump. If you enjoy walking it is an excellent location to walk to areas including Ala Moana Mall , Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki.

“The staff alone makes it worth the cost”

The staff was attentive, kind and great to the kids. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Double beds were too small for our family but it was affordable. Would definitely consider going back.

The Trump is amazing. We loved it. We were there for our honeymoon and felt like royalty. We will be going back for our anniversary. The condo was right next to the beach. They provided fruit and DT water and DT towels every time you go through the entrance. Advise where to go and print out directions.

Service was excellent and friendly. Staff went out of their way to accomodate their guests. The room was fully stocked with a full kitchen including plates, wine glasses etc. Beautiful large bathroom, even with a scale. Highly recommended.

“Amazing Amazing Hotel! Best in Waikiki!!!”

We just stayed there for 2 nights but it was fantastic. We enjoyed every minute of it. Service here is impeccable. Extremely friendly staff and very attentive. So many amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

“Loved this hotel!”

This hotel was amazing! My husband and I stayed there for our honeymoon, and the staff was very helpful, and greeted us by name every time they saw us. They give you free beach bags with fruit, water, towels and sunscreen anytime you want for the beach, as many times as you need one, all they ask is that you return the towels and bag to the concierge desk. We were upgraded for free to a partial ocean view room that had a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The room was very spacious with a king bed, a couch/chair/coffee table living room area, and a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, sink & stove, along with cabinets stocked with dishes, pots, pans, dish towels, etc! They had it all. The bathroom had a huge tub and shower! The valet always brought our rental car around with bottled water for us in the cup holders for our trip, and was very helpful with places to go and things to see! We would definitely stay there again! Also, on Friday nights, the hotel across the street has a fireworks show that you can see from the lobby! Don't miss it!

“Trump was excellent”

Just have to say that this could not have been a better experience. The staff was absolutely on top of everything and should be commended. It simply was first rate on every level. We shall happily return soon.
