"Excellent hotel!"
stayed for seven nights in this hotel. it was a excelent experience. You get everything you need inside the hotel from restaurants, shop, activities for children and adults. We did not rent a car the hotel provides transportation to malls and Waikiki center. To visit other places we got a tour service. For fair price

"Wonderful Hotel....."
My fiancée and I stayed here March 18, 2015 to March 23, 2015 ....We got married March 20th during our stay. The staff was wonderful. They helped with everything we asked. They ordered our lei's for the wedding for us and they were so beautiful. The chilled champagne in our room was a nice complement since they knew we were getting married. Everything from the outside to the inside was so clean and nice. We could not have asked for more. Well worth the money....just for the friendly staff and cleanliness of the whole building. Thank you, Sherri and Rhonda

"Excellent choice"
We had a week stay in Waikiki and did 3 of those at Hyatt regency. It was a great spot for the first few days, location is great! Right across the street from the beach so u don't have to walk far in the heat or sand. Great waves in the afternoon for watching surfers. Beautiful sunrise and sunset from balcony if you choose. Noise not a whole lot of problem, it is across from beach and on kalakahua ave so always has foot traffic and cars motorbikes. After moving to a suite I would have to say in comparison room size is big and comfortable. Pool is tiny but there is a hot tub, adult atmosphere mainly. But almost all hotel pools in the area are same size with exception of Hilton and Sheraton. I was with kids so they wanted a pool but then again you r in Hawaii so beaches beyond your eye can see. Checkout was a breeze. We had booked a tour for the day of checkout and I wd ahead the night before since we had to be out by 7am. I had prepaid my room on Expedia so it was a breeze. All I owed was the resort fee which I saved half off after joining their Hyatt rewards program for free. Also I got a free phorigraojy session, which was no hasseland no need to buy anything. You get a postcard size photo shrieked down for free, but you can purchase any that you want. I ended up buying a package with a few photos. It was not cheap but worth the quality and memories. I did get an invite online to view my photos, which you can save the images for free and share them.

"Beautiful hotel!"
My family and I stayed here for 2 nights last week. This place is gorgeous. Rooms are very clean and modern. We had a view of the harbor. Windows are big. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is big as well. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It does take a few minutes to walk to the Hilton Hawaiian Village for beach but it's well worth it for the hotel. Parking is cheaper here than there as well. We did not use the shuttle as we rented our own car. There isn't as much stuff around downstairs so getting places means relying on their shuttle if you don't have a car. Overall a fantastic place. Couldn't be happier!

"Your Home Away From Home!"
The hotel has a great location at an affordable price point. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and the bar is hopping. We had a couple of insignificant problems, but senior management took care of things in short order. I can strongly recommend this establishment for a relaxing stay in in Waikiki.

"Excellent accommodations."
This resort is very very nice. Breathtaking views and beautiful furnishings. This is a top notch condo and we felt very welcome there. It would be nice to be "an owner" and truly see how the other half lives. We had 2 separate condos with 3 bedrooms each. Didn't even feel crowded with 6 total couples and a couple of kids.
