“Charming and cozy in paradise”

This hotel is situated one block from Wikiki beach. it has a attentive and service minded staff - a fantastic concierge named Noy that will see to your every need while staying there. The rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel is quite old, but very charming. It is informal and the service is exelent! The food is very good - I recommend the breakfast buffet! A wonderful place to stay as a couple, but also a great hotel for families.

“Great Value!”

We would have loved to stay at the Moana or Royal Hawaiian, obviously, but this was not that big of a stretch! The location is perfect! The room was nice, big enough, but could be "freshened up." The pool wasn't heated, but a Tropical Itch in a pineapple from the bar definitely makes up for that! Staff is very friendly and there is internet service available for free in the lobby. They limit the time you spend on it to 15 minutes, but it makes it pretty easy to get on a computer and check your e-mail or make car or activity reservations. Definitely recommended!

“Great Hotel Stay!”

My stay at the Sheraton Princess Kauilani was very pleasant. I have now stayed at this hotel twice and neither time did I leave dissatisfied. The room was very well-kept. All appliances worked. Room service always did a wonderful job. I have no complaints about my stay. I would stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Waikiki.

“Great Value”

Great value for your dollars. The service at this hotel was quite good. The beds are some of the most comfortables I have experienced (SERTA Perfect Sleeper mattresses). You have access to different hotels of the same association close by. This hotel has a restaurent though it is quite pricy. You will find many affordable restaurants close by. You are located right down-town Honolulu across the street from a public access beach. Many convenience stores and markets surround the hotel. You are a short car ride from Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head. Overall great experience.

“Will go back again!”

I stayed here for a few days in July with my Girlfriend. We both loved it! The parking was free, which is great considering the hotel was about a block from the beach. We had a pretty good view as well. The room was clean and the only issue I had (and it's very small) was the water in my shower. If you weren't carefull there was too much pressure to keep the shower fully pressurized. An easy fix though, so not really an issue. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were great. We're headed back to Oahu in January and will probably stay here again!

“Sheraton Princess Kaiulani--DON'T PASS THIS UP”

If you're looking for an ideal hotel to stay during your visit in Oahu, then this is the one. Ideally located on the main street of Kalakaua Bl. it's so conveniently located to most if not all the shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The staff is outstanding and very courteous. Rooms are clean and always nice and cool vs the humidity outside. Just so that you guys know, this is my second time staying there, and would return only because you get the best of both worlds; ideally located and outstanding staff.
