“Convient and Comfortable”

The hotel desk staff were fantastic. Val and Joycelyn made the stay very enjoyable. House keeping staff worked very hard and were very courtious. Restraunt was just OK. We have stayed there in the past and the service and food in the restraunt had been better. The room fit our needs very well.

“Our second time - we just love the location and view of Diamond Head”

We stayed at this hotel in 2000, and again in June 2010. We love the location - years ago we lived on Lemon Rd. The hotel is old, but comfortable. The safe did not work when we arrived but service corrected it within 30 minutes. After a knee accident on Waikiki, the hotel called the Straub Clinic at Waikiki and transportation was provided. We will definitely stay here again.

when visiting, it is obvious that this older hotel needs some tlc. that said, many rennovations were clearly under way and i am sure this hotel will be absolutely beautiful when they are completed! the staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and housekeepers were kind and quick! the location is perfect! will stay again on our next visit

“Worth it!”

Had a great time, hotel is NOT an expensive hotel so it is NOT a 5-star. However, it is in an awesome location a hop and skip to the ocean, it is clean and staff is SUPER friendly and always ready to help! The outdoor lanai is great, all rooms have one! Restaurant is cheap and great as well!

“Leisure vacation”

I was very satisfied with my stay at Queen Kapiolani Hotel in Honnolulu. I feel the price was good the rooms were great and service was satisfying. All my needs were met as far as a Hotel room goes. I spent plenty of time outside of my room during the days and nights I satyed, There were many activities available at my disposible. All the staff at thr Hotel were polite and respectful to me and the food cuisine was excellant in the restaurant in the Hotel. I would reserve a room again on my next visit to Honolulu, Hawaii. Mahalo to the staff who were of service to me during my stay.

“Great Location, Reasonable Price”

Unless you stay with friends or in a hostel with scooter kids, you won't find a better deal in Waikiki. If you're a member of the royal family the Queen Kapiolani may not be the place for you. However, the location is the # 1 destination in the world. Waikiki Metro has everything for everyone. There is a daily parking fee but see if you need a car a all. Looking for a clean, quiet place to crash? -"Como Mai"! Welcome to your home in Hawaii...

“the room was roomy”

its just 2 min. walk fr. the beach..the staff is nice..i dont mind goin back in the same hotel..our room has a lot of space..its affordable..

“Can't wait to go back,”

This is an old hotel, but it has a warm and friendly staff. We had an ocean view room(15th floor view of many surf spots) with a lanai (view of city). There is a storage room with a surfboard rack, a little dive shop, an Expedia desk and a starbucks on the corner. The room were very clean, some stained carpet in the hallways. Overall, we loved it.
