The staff was amazing! Caring, friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms are a little dated but clean. I wasn’t there to hang out in the room. The location is very convenient to the beach.

Hotel room with ocean view was incredible. Friendly and accommodating staff. In perfect walking distance to beach and shopping. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Only downside is you are close to the street, beach and other rooms so I wouldn’t say it’s quiet. During my stay there were protesters right outside the hotel yelling into a megaphone for 2 hours. I was able to hear it even after closing the door and going inside. I will still give the hotel 5 stars because it’s worth it. Would love to come back.

Customer service was top notch. The reason for my trip was my birthday. When i checked in the staff gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate. Allan in valet was a pleasure to be around. Always asking where we were going or what is on the agenda today? After a day he was calling me by name which made it a lot more personal. It was a nice touch. Location was great and Lulu's food is excellent!
