“Way better than I expected!”
for the price you cannot beat this hotel, i stayed at the terrace and it had a little kitchenette in it. i always came back to a clean room, people were very friendly. great location as well walmart is just down the street and further down the ala moana shopping center. i will definitely be staying here again. i guess if you have high expectations it wont be much as it is a no frills place but its perfect for those on a budget.
“An oasis in the midst of Honolulu”
Recently renovated, clean, quiet/peaceful setting-professional staff
“convenience and comfort”
The Pagoda Hotel, an "old-timer" as far as Honolulu hotels go, is a comfortable, convenient hotel: close to fast food and local restaurants, the Ala Moana Shopping center, Wal-Mart, etc.
“going back in four months...”
my family and i always stay at pagoda. we really love this hotel..
“WILL ALWAYS GO BACK!!!!”
THE PAGODA HOTEL WAS THE BEST OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF THERE HELPED US WITH ANY AND ALL OUR QUESTIONS. THERE THE BEST THANKS PAGODA HOTEL.
“Just like home”
The Pagoda is an older hotel with all the comforts of home: Everybody knows your name, you meet friends coming and going, you can sit on the bed and put your feet up, the newspaper is delivered every weekday morning, the food is "comfort" style (the buffets are reasonable and plentiful), and the waterfalls and koi are delightful to watch. You can get to anywhere in a reasonable amount of time because of the location. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.
“Convenient location to everywhere.”
I go back yearly because of it's location.
“convenience”
We usually stay at the Pagoda while in town. The convenience to shopping, sight seeing and local style dining is excellent. This is not fancy, just clean and very friendly. We visit from Maui several times a year for leisure and business.
“WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN”
I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Pagoda. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no doubt that I will be back again next time. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.
“A real gem!”
This place was great and very convenient. It's across from Ross for Less, Walmart, and Sam's Club. The Hard Rock Cafe and a McDonald's are within walking distance but why go there when there are all these wonderful local places, like the Like Like (Lee'-kay Lee'-Kay) nearby? There are gobs of Korean, Japanese, and Thai places around, too. Some seem somewhat pricey but others are not. I will definitely stay here again!
