“Great Hotel”

This hotel was very clean, and close to the beach. The staff always had a smile and could not help us enough, they were excellent. The pool area was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation.

“Great location would definitely return”

We were delighted with this find - the location was wonderful - next to park - across the street from stores and great restaurant - pleasant short walk to quiet end of Waikiki beach and also walking distance - pleasant walk - to Ala Moana mall Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful - hotel generally quiet - beds comfortable There was only one real issue - we were on the 'wrong' side of the hotel - as I suspect most or all of the cheaper suites are - we overlooked the gas station (rather than the park) - not only was this a less attractive outlook but it was - at times - extremely noisy (motor bikes revving, gas tankers delivering at 2.30 am etc.) so not good for light sleepers Next time we will go we will be sure to request a room on the other side which would make a huge difference Noise from said gas station aside, this hotel was an excellent choice and we would not choose to stay anywhere else in Waikiki - other frequent visitors also enthused about it - especially compared to other - far more pricey hotels compared with which it offers excellent value

“15 Days In Paradise”

My husband and I had a very wonderful time in your hotel and were treated like royality. We would go back to your hotel in a heart beat. Everyone was very pleasant and always had a smile for you and your concierge Kati at the desk just inside the front door was a real doll and very helpful. I wish we were still there as we came back to an freezing rain storm and then a snow storm. We will see you again in the near future. God Bless all your wonderful people.

“Very Impressed - exactly what we needed”

Great place to stay as it was less than a five minute walk from the beach (also making it less expensive than those right on the beach). There was no view of the ocean - but who stays in the room other than to sleep. The room had all necessary ammenities (including a new kitchenette) and was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very professional. Small pool...but again minutes from the beach. It was also in the heart of Waikiki...very close to everything. We would fully recommend this hotel.

“Very Nice”

I'd stay here again. Recently renovated, everything was up to par. Location is very good, just on the edge of the Waikiki Beach nut-house. Walking distance to Ala Moana shopping center, beach is a long block away across Fort DeRussy Park. BBQ's available for use by the pool, gym was well equipped. Everything was great.

“Would definitely stay here again”

The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable (even the pull-out sofa bed). However it was the staff that made this hotel exceptionally amazing. Everyone from the valet taking care of our rental car, to the porters at the front, to the front desk staff was amazing. They were always cheerful, always helpful, always smiling. They remembered us which made us feel like we mattered, and whatever we needed they would find out for us. The hotel is in Waikiki so all of the shuttles go there, but it's on the edge of the main Waikiki area, which is nice because it's a little out of the main bustle, but is an easy walk to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. My only issue was that the internet in the lobby was very unreliable. It wasn't working half the time. However, when it was working, it was nice to have the option to quickly check or send emails home, and to do a web check-in for our hotel flights. I also would have liked having a microwave in the room, but the fridge was a bonus.

“Paradise on earth”

A bright and cheerful lobby awaits. Staff wonderful; complimentary internet, morning newspaper, as many beach towels as you need. The room was spacious, clean and very modern. Beds comfortable, great shower, flat screen tv, terrific air conditioner. Nice to have a fridge; quiet and close to the beach. no wait for the elevators, and you can even walk across the street and pick up food essentials at very reasonable prices. the location couldn't be more perfect; close to everything but a couple of blocks away from the noise. pretty hotel, small pool - quiet but clean. my two adult children loved this hotel, loved waikiki beach with its white sandy beaches and warm water to swim and snorkel. make sure you visit hanauma bay ($2.50 bus ride) only 30 minutes away. a state park where millions of colored fish await, and only knee deep to start seeing some really remarkable fish! can't wait to go back.

“We'd Stay There Again”

This was a great place to stay. Everything in Waikiki is within walking distance. Tours pick you up at the door or nearby. There's a car rental place across the stret if you want to explore the island. The front desk/ event planner Maya was very helpful.
