“Great place to stay!!!!”
Very nice hotel. $30 a day for parking is very extreme but otherwise well worth it.
“very impressed but don't get oceanview room in August”
The bathroom shower and tub was incredible!! The food was incredible (and expensive)-the lagoons (three of them) were wonderful. We went in August (the hottest time of the year) and the air conditioner is not the greatest (because they don't use it very much) so our room was about 88 degrees everynight- just book a mountain view room if you book in August. The guys in valet parking were great and had lots of tips about traveling the island.
“best hotel... but I chose wrong one...”
this hotel is really good.
“Satisfied”
The disney hotel is still under construction but really is not that much of an issue and I would go back again even when its completed. I am not a big fan of staying in town with all of the noise and traffic. This hotel provides the guest with the ability to stay close to town but not in it.
“very good”
Excellent place, nice hotel
“picture perfect”
My wife and I agree, this is the most beautiful and welcoming hotel we have ever stayed in. Aside from the hefty parking fee, our stay was excellent. We whole heartedly recommend the JW to anyone!
“Worth the trip from Toronto”
Beach was great. Small man made lagoon. It wasn't busy at all when we went (Sept). We stayed in the least expensive room. It was huge. Big bathroom and bedroom with a lounge couch and chair.
“Very Inviting”
Hotel and staff were great. This hotel is on the sunny side of the island and the surrounding areas are a little barren. The beach access more than make up for this!
“Wonderful Trip”
This was a return trip to Ihilani and it was as good as the first time. We will return again.
“Very Nice”
Very Nice Hotel. Room was excellent. We liked the Lagoon and having the calm blue crystal water that allowed for a lot of play time in the water. The pool was ok, small, which is surprising considering the size of the hotel.. Dining was average but expensive. Location is ideal, approx 20-30 min drive to Waikiki but I would caution you on the traffic... Overall, I would stay at the hotel again.
