“Can't wait to go back”
This was our first trip to Hawaii. My boyfriend and I loved everything about it. Our hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was always clean. We had a great view from our room. Everything was right there. The was a ABC store across the street along with Red Lobster and Outback Steakhouse. The bus stop was also in front of the hotel. I can't wait to go back. I am so impressed with The Ilikai that I will stay there again. It was perfect.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was great. We had no complaints and plan to return again.

The only inconvenience I experienced was waiting for the elevator. They were updating and they only had a couple of elevators working. Front desk service was excellent. I was a visiting Kamaaina and all my friends who visited me were impressed with my hotel room and what I paid.

The restaurant was closed - there was a lot of construction in part of the hotel that had been sold.

Hotel is nicer than it looks on the photos. Rooms are a good size, and the beds are so comfortable. We had a Delux Court Yard room and it was well worth the extra money.The elevators are slow.The food and service at the Italian Restaurant on the top of the hotel are excellent. We will go back again without any hesitation
“Enjoyed Very Much”
I just returned from a week at the Ilikai. Before I left, I read some very harsh reviews of this place and was afraid of what I would find when I arrived. Very surprised how nice the place was. Staff was very friendly and the view from room was outstanding. I never had to wait more than two minutes for an elevator. Some of the exterior looks a little dated, but that was nothing to me. Great location for walking to beach and Ala Moana. The work on the lagoon is almost complete and I can tell it will look great. Will stay here again for sure!!

The stay with the Ilikai was great - when you are in paradise how can you complain?

The service at Ilikai Hotel was great. The people that worked there were very nice and helped us figure things out. And it was great that we were around everything like the beach and shopping . I would recommend this anybody including celebrity's .
“Ilikai is a fine hotel for Waikiki”
Really enjoyed the stay. Hotel is a fine hotel, not as modern as some of the newer ones, but more affordable and no less pleasant. Room was large, well equiped, and comfortable. Only criticism is that the elevators were slow.
