“Great location”
Great alternative to the big hotels by Waikiki. This has a more boutique feel, right next to the Aston hotel and 1 minute walk to beach. Complimentary beach mats and towels plus continental breakfast. ABC store right next door too. Staff were excellent, recommending local places to eat etc.
“Great place to stay with out the extra cost”
We were greated by both a friendly door man and a person at the reception counter where upon they gave us an cold drink and and a cool wash cloth for our face. The door man was quick to help to get our bags up to our room without any hinting of a tip. He was very helpful in what he offered, especially willing to help us out straight away to get onto their wifi network. There information of where to eat and what to see was spot on. It might not have been on the beach, but only a block away it situated in a great location and on the major sight seeing bus routes.
“Nice Hotel”
Nice little boutique hotel off the main drag. Rooms very clean and comfortable however no views of beach. 5 minutes walk to beach and 10-15 minutes walk to centre of Waikiki. Nice complimentary continental breakfast and free wifi.
“A Hidden Gem”
What a great find! The Hotel Renew is a cool "boutique hotel" half a block from Waikiki Beach. It has great staff and a decent continental breakfast to boot. Highly recommended.
“Best small boutique hotel in Waikiki! What a gem!”
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so friendly and the room is so clean and modern. I loved everything from the ease of check in, the ease of checking out boogie boards, towels, mats, etc....they even have complimentary continental breakfast which is perfect, consisting of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins, toast, juice, and coffee. If you are looking for a cute, modern hotel with a great location, not too big and touristy, choose this hotel!! I will be recommending this place to all my friends. Loved it!!! P.s. they even sent up a bottle of champagne because they knew I was celebrating my anniversary! Sweet!!!
“Would stay again”
This hotel was fantastic! We stayed the week leading up to APEC so Hawaii was very busy with people everywhere but we found that once we walked in the doors at Hotel Renew it was calm and peaceful. The hotel staff where fantastic with helping to organise our activities and suggestions on where to eat and what to see. breakfast was always busy but we never had to wait long for a table and we always had enough. We had an ocean view room with a balcony so had great views of not only the beach but also the hills. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxed place to stay..
“Impressed, will recommend and go back”
Stayed there for 9 nights. the location was perfect, a minutes walk to the waikiki beach, the waikiki trolleys stopping outside hotel. the staff are extremely friendly and willing to help always, made us feel very special. must say it was my birthday and they even left me a card and a freshly cut pineapple on the table.will never forget that. the staff alos provide for matts, beach towels and chairs perfect. if you need to go anywhere just ask the conceirge and they would arrange that for you. loved the place and the people will return
“EXCELLENT FIND”
Have stayed here twice now and just love this hotel. Two blocks off the main drag towards Diamond Head side of Waikiki. Perfect place to stay!!!
“Great lil' Boutique Hotel”
Although the hotel may not have all the accommadations of a larger hotel (gym, spa, pool), Hotel Renew provided excellent personable and friendly service. The staff at Hotel Renew made themselves available to us at all hours of the day and were very open to giving suggestions to the island's activities, sight seeing spots, and restaurants. Although the room and bathroom was a bit small, the room looked great with it's comtemporary decor. I liked that the hotel offered free use of mats, towels, boogie boards and is in a great location near the beach.
“Recommendable”
For us first timers in Hawaii, we were pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff. The hotel is located half a block from the beach. They even have complimentary beach towels, boogie boards, mats and chairs. I will definitely recommend this hotel!
