"Wonderful Vacation!"
My daughter and I had a great time and even though it was just the two of us, we always felt safe. The accommodations were beyond our expectations, it was quiet, the room was spacious and very clean, the beach was just right outside, loved the breakfast at The Veranda. The staff was very helpful and had a great attitude. The beach was a bit crowded but we were able to enjoy it and make the most of it, we were also able to come and go as we pleased at any time of day or night. I requested a room away from the street and was given a room with view to the patio, it was wonderful to look out the window to see the trees, the beach, and people lounging about. I would definitely go back!

"Everyone was very polite. Very clean."
Can not express enough on the employees, they were all very nice, polite, concern about guesses comfort and if had a problem, they were on it immeditately. I would and will pass this hotel onto my friends.

"Right on Kaimana Beach"
Spent 2 nights. The room was small with no real view, but we didn't spend much time there anyway. The hotel has its own beach (public), with a lovely open air patio restaurant. East of Waikiki, it is a long but do-able walk to the more touristy area of Waikiki.

"Perfect location"
This was the 3rd visit to Hawaii for my husband and me. Each time we stayed at the Hyatt because it was across the street from the beach and close to all the attractions. Everyone time we come there, I always think that next time maybe I want to stay at a newer hotel. However, when I get to the Hyatt, I immediately feel relaxed and cannot think of another hotel that I would rather stay. This is the reason I come back every time. The breakfast at the hotel was pricey but good. The staff gave us great directions to local attractions and everything was right there in the hotel - from the ABC store on the lower level to the farmer's market during the week, it was a great stay and we will be back again.
