“Great experience!”

Upon arrival, I was given a free upgrade from city view to ocean view. Not sure why I received the upgrade, but it was surely welcome. I suspect there was some sort of glitch in booking between the time I booked the room and my arrival three months later. The room was cleaned and well-maintained each day. I recall another reviewer commented that they were dropped off in the "alley", but I could see that that was actually the appropriate place to be dropped off from an airport shuttle bus - no complaint there. The hotel is centrally located to activities on Waikiki Beach. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a very nice hotel with restaurants, beach, and International Market Place all in close proximity. The cleanliness of the room and the maid service was superior. We tipped the maid daily and left a note for extra coffee and towels and received exceptional service throughout our seven day stay. This is the first time using expedia.com and the entire trip exceeded our expectations for price and convenience. I would recommend this hotel and expedia.com to anyone interested in value and convenience.

we went to hawaii 10/5 - 10/08/10 and we should have stayed longer. the hotel is amazing and the island itself is gorgeous. we are planning on going back next year.

“Great Hotel in Waikiki”

Very pleased with Hilton Prince Kuhio. Great location as it is only one block away from the beach. It has a cafe that is open 24/7 with delicious food. The room was immaculate. The bathroom has a very modern design. Very clean look. But the "amenity" that stood out the most was the use of a room. Let me explain, check out was at 12:00pm. Our flight was at 10:00pm. We still had 10 hours to see Waikiki. And after 10 hours of Waikiki, you need to freshen up. Not only did they hold our bags for us at the bell desk but they allowed us to check in to a room for an hour at no charge to take a shower, rest, etc. Amazing service.
